I don't understand what you mean by PSG not being in their best performance like where you expecting them to win all their matches? PSG is topping the France Ligue 1 table with 4 points and they've also qualified for the Champions league knockout stages so I don't really know what else you want them to do before you can give them a good ratings in their performance so far but so far as am concerned, the club is doing great and they deserve some respect.
