After ensuring that their progress continues in the Champions League round, PSG will again be busy with a busy schedule and they must be able to divide their time between two different competitions. In Ligue 1 PSG has no responsibility other than maintaining its top position from its competitors and this is not easy because there are always new competitors every season. Even though PSG is currently ahead with 36 points, the distance from the closest team, Nice, will still haunt them in the next few matches.

On the other hand, I think Luis Enrique must be able to prioritize his players and also rotate them so they don't get tired. In this match, PSG will play an away match at Lille and this will be a fairly balanced match considering that there is still a chance for both teams to win but it does not rule out the possibility that the result will be a draw.

I'm very much aware of the fact that the champions league isn't such that has as much time as they do in the domestic league where we can say they have more time to probably improve especially at this stage were they are at currently where a single loss could cost you the whole league but then regardless I wouldn't be quick to writing them off yet because I believe PSG can still come up with something at the end of the day.

So far they still gat the best and strong team in the Ligue 1 but not the same with the champions league , sometimes in football the impossible turns out possible so I'm very much to write off PSG at the champions league a d at same time yet to me too sure about their performance at the domestic league of been too sure enough to believe they will possibly win the trophy by the end of the season but then I want to trust in their experience in the domestic league to be able to continually maintain their position on the league table enough till the end of the league.

Despite confirming the round of 16, it's been a challenging journey for them. Making it to the round of 16 seems more like luck for them. It's clear that they are not good at the Champions League in the knock-out stage, and hopefully, their run in the Champions League will come to an end in the round of 16. They should shift their focus to Ligue 1 and aim to widen the gap. PSG currently dominates the top of the Ligue 1 leaderboard, with Nice and Monaco right on their tails. PSG is the master of their league, and the master will always be at the top.

If that is an obstacle for the Lyon team this season, the Lyon team should be able to prepare a replacement who is no less good than Lacazette so that the team does not suffer as badly as it is now. And I think the Lyon team must really take advantage of the transfer market in January so that they can boost their performance with the presence of new players. But if they continue with the current condition of the players, I think it will be more likely for Lyon to be relegated at the end of the season.

To be honest, Nice took everyone by suprise this season, there performance has been outstanding and they led the league for quite a long time before it became dominated by PSG, however their consistency this season has been top notch and im pretty sure they'll qualitlfy for the UCL next season, well im not pretty sure about Nice winning the trophy, but there's is a possibility if they bluster their squad depth, especially in the attacking area and also maintain consistency.

 Well we all know PSG for being the big boys only in the Ligue 1, they always fail to show their capacity when they play against other top European clubs, despite the quality of players they got, well they're lucky to have got past the group stage in the UCL and now they'll have to focus on the Ligue 1 for a while and try to widen the gap seperating them from Nice, PSG are the potential winners of their league but when it comes to the UCL, i feel they might not survive the round of 16.

I think the team could not make the necessary passes to Lacazette. He is a very high-quality striker, but of course there may be declines in his performance over the years. Even the forwards in Europe's biggest teams can be more stagnant than last year. If Lacazette recovers as soon as possible, he can bring points to Lyon in the league.

Nice have been outstanding with their performance in the French Ligue 1 since the start of the season and judging by what we've seen from them so far, I'm very optimistic that they're gonna have a good campaign in the league this season. However, I don't think they stand a chance of winning the French Ligue 1 title ahead of current French champions Paris Saint Germaine. PSG has been the most consistent team on the competition this season even when we all know that they've not been at playing at their best as a club. The quality of players in the Paris Saint Germaine set up makes them stand out from the rest of the teams in the league and losing the league title to a Nice team with lesser quality of players would surely not be acceptable to the management and fans of PSG. The manager of the club Luis Enrique knows he can't afford to lose the league title with the quality of players at his disposal and that's why he introduced better playing style that saw them significantly improve from their very poor start to league season while overtaking Nice in the league standings.

Paris Saint Germaine has been impressive in the league but but struggled in the UEFA Champions League competition. Had Newcastle United defeated AC Milan yesterday PSG would've not progressed to the knockout stages of the competition with that draw at Borussia Dortmund. They have a very strong squad but the manager must learn how to make good use of his players in the European Cup

Of course PSG is a very interesting club that has a lot good quality players and seriously making a good performance on this League One and however I don't think there is any much of a threat against them on the league if you check there points difference you will see that PSG has higher points than any other team so perhaps is actually obvious that PSG will surely win the league.

But I don't think there is a chance for them on the champions League because the league has much of a competitive teams that are very impressive in times of performance than PSG but however let see how the outcome will be.

Finance has always become the main factor why some clubs were dominating the league. Take a look at EPL which has been dominating by manchester city. We do know that city has owned by billionaire and this proves that if money was everything in the football.
As long as you have money and you can build the club whatever you wanted it. You can but lots of good players combined with good coach and management. Money is the main reason why people are also playing football.
Become the only biggest club in the french is PSG. It has everything they need caused by it has been supported by unlimited money. that's the reason why the club with good financial was always dominating the league.
The same thing is just happen in bundesliga.

He is 32 years old so I understand him about not being very consistent. But actually he was still not like this at all in the previous season. He was like a goal machine which was nicely fitting a star striker like him. This season Lyon are very bad as a team and Lacazette must also be affected badly by that psychologically. It has affected his performance badly as a result.

Maybe this improvement would push Lacazette to play better to be some help for saving his team from the relegation zone. But the team need to play stronger and more consistently before anything else. He needs to be able to get the passes he would like to finish.

Nice has really shown some good strength so far in the Ligue 1 this season and they are definitely not a team to underestimate because they have really shown how good they can be, they did top the league table a few times this season and later got displaced by PSG which I see as normal due to PSG's consistent dominance in the Ligue 1.

PSG hasn't been in their best form recently and it's no doubts they have got one of the best squad in the french league this season but then they recently looked very unstable with their performance, making it look like they are still finding their feet. They will be more confident this time considering they just got passed the group stage in the UCL, this is a very big boost to their morale and it has been their dreams to lift the UCL and they are a step already into making that dream a reality, I'm optimistic they will go sit up and probably improve their performance having been aware of the magnitude of the new task ahead both in the UCL and the Ligue 1 where they have to maintain their spot if they must defend their title till the end of the season.

From the start of the match it began to appear that PSG had more control over the game with dominant defense over possession of the ball, there was potential that PSG could win today match but they failed to take advantage of the opportunity to create more goals.
In the game between the two teams, neither of them looked very aggressive in attack and only 18 shots were provided PSG in attacking efforts and 10 shots Dortmund.
It can be seen that both teams tend to prioritize defense and play more carefully because each of them does not want to lose, after all this last match is also very important for PSG to qualify for the round of 16.
Even though they only drew at least PSG could save 1 point and occupy second place in group F, this one point really saved PSG and if they lost it was clear that Milan would advance with Dortmund.

Of course PSG will just wait and prepare the team to be able to compete in the last 16 and now PSG can focus more on Ligue 1 in the next few matches.
In the next match PSG, they are still the favorites, but don't forget that LOSC is also not weak team and plus this is a home match for LOSC, surprising results could happen if PSG underestimates LOSC too much.
So far LOSC has only experienced two defeats in 15 matches even though they have drawn 6 times, but it is not impossible that they will hold PSG to draw.

In the end, Dortmund and PSG ended in a 1:1 draw, at least this was a satisfactory result for PSG. Even if it's just a draw PSG managed to qualify for the next round with Dortmund. As I have said before, group F which look like it has the potential to qualify is PSG and Dortmund. Milan and Newcastle do not have enough mentality to compete with PSG and Dortmund in this group stage.

After a series of efforts by PSG in fighting for their position in the Champions League standing, PSG was finally able to qualify from the group stage PSG can definitely breathe a sigh of relief after they had to fight hard in the round of 16.

Paris Saint-Germain will returned to competing in the domestic league with full confidence after getting quite satisfactory results, next week PSG will face LOSC. I think PSG will continue its winning record in League 1.

I personally think that once a team is already qualified for the next stage, they should not put too much importance on the remaining matches in the group stage.  Or whatever stage they are in right now. Because that will give the regular and important players a chance to rest and prepare themselves for the other important matches coming up. Manchester United lost the match because they were just bad.  I don't think it's because Bayern Munich actually did their best to get the best result out of this match.  I'm not saying that Bayern Munich took it easy on Manchester United. But Manchester United was definitely pretty bad.

PSG is a good club with outstanding players, the current form of PSG is satisfiable to the fans atleast they're winning and also doing better in the UEFA Champions League, these are the things fans are proud of and hoping for a day to come, when they will lift the UCL title but definitely not this season. Paris Saint Germain is a great club, no doubt about that, they dominated the France league with magnificent performances though they're not in form this season, other watching their inconsistency stats in matches. Nice putting up threats and top run for the Ligue One title this season.

Differences in club finances could be one of the factors why in some leagues there is always a club that dominates to become league champions because a rich club like PSG will have no problems in finding players to continue to strengthen its squad from season to season while other clubs actually do the opposite when having talented young players and are being targeted by elite clubs who will be willing to let them go in order to earn money for the club, so seeing PSG become champions is a big opportunity this season and if any club can thwart it, of course, it will be surprising, because teams like Nice, Monaco or Lillie will be strong competitors from the beginning to the middle of the season only after that they will find it very difficult to maintain their appearance.

PSG was the more effective side throughout the match, but the match ended in a draw. After this match, which ended 1-1, PSG became the side that advanced, albeit with goal difference. They can now concentrate on the French league. They will have a tough away match against Lille this week.

I don't really think it can be easy for Nice to claim this title from PSG. There are some league that the winner most times hardly change(i.e the league isn't that competitive). This is where the french league falls. PSG has been dominating this league for years now. Any team that will claim the tittle from them at the moment will definitely do extra work.

The performance of Nice in this season reminds me of everything about Lens I saw in the last season. We saw Lens didn't have a good performance and they didn't have the enough potential but this could keep racing with PSG for the French League title but he couldn't do that, I think Nice is in the same way and now we can expect to see the keep racing with PSG until last weeks but comparing PSG and Nice is wrong because the investment they did for PSG is much higher and obviously Nice will lose this race to Nice.

So far, it cannot be denied that Nice can go this far. Now, they are ranked 2nd below PSG. Unfortunately, Nice is not very productive in terms of scoring goals, and this will be an obstacle for them in the next matches they will play. although in fact, Nice has a fairly strong defense. In fact, so far they have only conceded 6 goals in their 15 matches.
But that alone is not enough, because the closer the match gets to the end of the first half of the season, the competition becomes even tighter. especially, entering the second half of the season. IMO, gradually this team will experience a decline in performance and have the potential to be eliminated from the top four of the standings. but, this is just my assumption and speculation. Regarding their consistency, we'll see how they play match after match.

As for other teams, who might be able to compete with PSG, or at least be in PSG's shadow. none other than, Monaco. yeah, I have another assessment for this team. At least, Adolf Hutter is showing good progress for his squad. what they need is the right system and pattern that suits the existing squad. because so far, Adolf Hutter is still experimenting with changing patterns, rotations and strategies. Maybe, he wants a more ideal composition for his squad. Well, let's see, Ligue 1 still has matches that all teams have to play until the end of this season.
