We think and hope that Monaco will give PSG a hard time in this away game. Otherwise, it will be a rather unpleasant match and it should be a one-sided affair. Monaco must want to get at least a point from this match on their way to the championship, otherwise the points difference between the two teams will open up, perhaps not to be closed after this match. A defeat for Monaco in this match will probably lower their morale and they will fall behind in the championship fight.

Lyon chances of staying and escaping remain 50/50 and these probabilities keep fluctuating depending on their performance.

For PSG this will be a home game and it seems to me that after international games the team playing at home gets a huge advantage. They just need to gather at the base and prepare, three days is enough for this, but for the visiting team the task is much more difficult. Plus, even though Monaco is weaker than PSG, perhaps PSG will be additionally motivated against a formally close competitor. I think this game will end 3-0 or 3-1 in favor of PSG.

I understand your curiousity about this topic. However actually we are witnessing similar examples in other top European leagues also.    For example Sevilla could be given as a wonderful example for that. Let's take what they did last season as an example. They were really shaky in the La Liga you know. However they were brilliant in the Europa League and that journey ended up with winning the title also. 

Surely there are similar incidents that other teams from other top leagues happened also. Therefore I don't think this is specific to the Ligue 1.

In the last three encounter PSG had with Monaco, they weren't able to secure a win , they lost two and drew one which apparently has been a record PSG wouldn't want to further add up onto the forth and they will aswell want to continually maintain their top spot on the table.

Monaco will definitely want to repeat history but this time PSG is playing from home and will definitely resist strongly against any form of possible win Monaco would want to get our of the match, if Monaco happens to win, they stand a chance at the top of the table but otherwise PSG continues to remain at the top. Monaco in their last five away games had secured only one win so it's definitely possible they are not really good with away games so rhey may have a problem against PSG.

I am quite sure that the Marseille coach has prepared the opening match of week 12 carefully because what is certain is that during the international break Marseille will definitely have trained their confidence in facing the match against Strasbourg, indeed this is Marseille's away match but I am quite confident in Marseille's victory. Even in 5 meetings In the last two teams, these two teams achieved a lot of draws, but Strasbourg have not been able to beat Marseille in home or away match, so I conclude thats in this match, Marseille will not allow a draw to happen because Marseille is trying to improve its ranking by continuing to add points.

Trying to understand the clubs in Ligue 1 is difficult for me, I mean why do they falter so easily or in other words their consistency is so quickly lost when entering a new season. I think it's normal for players to come and go, but in reality it's not normal for that to happen at a Ligue 1 club. It's different when looking at La Liga and the Premier League for example, their consistency can still be said to be balanced when the season changes, yes although there are some clubs that also experience a significant decline.
