It has been a very below-average performance from them. They were not able to win even one single match in the seven matches that they have played so far. Does it have anything to do with the current situation going on in France? I believe that recently there have been a lot of weird and bad things happening in France.

I am talking about the political situation and also the riots that have happened recently. I don't think that will affect the performance of the players. But I just wanted to raise the point. Who knows maybe something has actually happened. Even if something bad has affected the team, they still shouldn't have performed such badly.
Too bad lyon have been the least performing club in the Ligue 1 this season and it's so suprising because with the way they're performing you could wonder if they'll win any match this season, losing 7/7 of the opening match is a very bad record for lyon and it might be that they're affected by the ongoings in the country but even at that they should be able to win atleast one of their matches.

I think it might not be the polítical issues or riots but maybe an internal crisis in the team that's causing them to perform poorly and something needs to be done sooner if not it could affect them this season and they could end up being relegated if the board doesn’t act fast to help restore the team to being better than they're currently, their next match is against Lorient who're also in the relegation zone with them, i expect them to get a better performance against Lorient.

The PSG team was too busy with the Mbappe problem so they forgot a lot of things and what happened this season was quite bad for the PSG team, I saw several of the PSG team's matches and in my opinion there was no good teamwork in Luis Enrique's squad and even at the end Last week they couldn't win against the team at the bottom of the standings, this was quite embarrassing.
It is clear that if PSG does not improve completely then it is very likely that they will not win any titles this season and currently there are several Ligue 1 teams that are starting to get better, making it possible for there to be fierce competition in the race for the title.

IMO, I don't think that's entirely true, even though they only ended in a draw. even so, they created many opportunities, although none of the opportunities they had became goals. The problem is, the Clermont goalkeeper's performance was brilliant with 10 saves. For me, the problem is that PSG's front line players are not players who are ready to be used as strikers who can be relied on to always score goals in every match. although, Kolo Muani started playing quite well. After all, Ligue 1 still has a lot of matches left in the future, even though at the moment they haven't found their best game yet. and maybe, in the next matches PSG will appear with high performance.

We'll see, at least half of this season. especially, if Assensio has returned from his injury. however, there are some things that are not ideal from my point of view for the PSG squad. For me, Fabian Ruiz cannot be relied on. Likewise with Vitinha, he was less creative in helping every attack that PSG built. Also, Enrique is building a foundation for his team's squad. and for the most part, the front line players are filled with newcomers. unfortunately, they didn't get an established midfielder.
Well, let's just see every development. I still believe that PSG has a chance to retain its title in this competition.

After Luis Enrique took charge of PSG, we thought that Luis Enrique would lead this team to a much better position, but we do not see much improvement in this team after he took over. PSG have played seven matches so far in Ligue 1 where they have won just three matches. Their figures should have won five matches here instead of three. Four other teams in Ligue 1 are in a better position than PSG are now. Although PSG has only two points difference with the first team in the points table, but if the top four teams do regularly and PSG do well in their next matches, PSG has the possibility to go back to the first position in the points table.
If they continue to perform like this, they will never win the league title this season.

The club has to manage everything well, if the club forgets about Mbappe's performance, then nothing good can be expected from that management. Mbappe is just a player, if he leaves another player will have to replace him but PSG cannot think that Mbappe is gone and their club is finished.  PSG without Mbappe must move on so team issues cannot be forgotten over a player's personal problems.

The strategy that Luis Enrique has adopted from Barcelona or the success he has achieved for Barcelona, but he is not able to prove himself as PSG manager. Some of the matches seem to have several flaws in his plan here.
To change this performance of PSG, the manager and the players must work hard, only then can anything be expected from this team.

Mbappe is PSG's burden. It is true that he is a player who has extraordinary talent, but the issues he has developed since the start of this season will have an impact on all players. I agree with you, PSG is too busy with the Mbappe problem so their basic goals are forgotten, I'm sure that when Mbappe leaves PSG will play better and more solidly, the coach will find it easier to implement strategies.
PSG's current situation is not because they are burdened by Mbappe's future, which in my opinion has no influence on the team's main target in every match.
Mbappe is an important player in the PSG squad and Mbappe is the main target player for other big clubs because of his abilities. In the match against Clermont Foot, Mbappe got good marks. I suspect the draw against a weak Clermont Foot team was part of Luis Enrique's plan to prepare his team to focus on facing Newcastle in the Champions League.

I don't feel like you.  I do not think it is a part of luis enrique's plan. Because psg's performance in Ligue 1 has been erratic since the start of the season . This is not the first time that they have points against weaker teams.  psg have won just 3 out of 7 matches,  and are currently fifth in the table. Will Luis enrique want to miss out on the ligue 1 title to do well in the Champions League?

However  psg's performance in Ligue 1 has been erratic.  But the team was able to play very well against dortmund in the champions league.  Their overall performance was also quite good .  And so if the team can put up a similar performance against newcastle then their chances of victory are high . But newcastle's match strategy is excellent.  Enrique will have to be very careful in this match.

Lyon is one of the traditional clubs in French Ligue 1 but has been very poor since the start of the season which I don't know the actual problem of the club. Being able to secure just two points in their first 7 games of the season is absolutely poor for a big club like Lyon.
Their manager Fabio Grosso I think is doing everything within his power to make sure he revives his team but it seems like nothing is working at the moment for them. They must find a solution to their poor performances as early as possible or risk being relegated at the end of the season.
If Lyon is unable to improve their performance in the next match then I am sure they will sink further down the standings. There is no investment made by management in the transfer market window which makes them look like a team that is really not strong this season. 2 points from the 7 matches they have played indicates how poor their performance has been so far. Other teams could easily steal points from them so Grosso had to think faster to find a more ideal strategy to return Lyon to winning ways.

Even for Rayan Cherki, he is not a striker who is truly productive in scoring goals because he was not able to score a single goal in the 7 matches they have played. That is Grosso job to find a change in the upcoming match. He should rotate and trust other players to show their qualities rather than relying on Cherki but he is really bad up front.

It would be very funny if PSG sold Mbappe at a cheap price, Mbappe's previous value was more than 200 million how could he be left at a cheap price now? besides that do you think with Mbappe's contract extension by PSG they will not benefit? don't be too naive in this case because even if Mbappe's goal is to leave but with the previous contract extension it indicates that PSG does not want to lose their money. Even if in the end PSG will also not be too long in the fry from the price issue but still he will be one of the most expensive transfers in the end.

Yes, I agree that if they extend the contract, PSG will earn a large amount of money, PSG must earn their money, but that money will not come from the Club Madrid. Maybe Chelsea or Saudi Arabia are also willing to spend much money to get Mbappé. But Mbappé flatly refused because the decision belonged to him.
You should remember that Mbappé will not easily tie himself to the PSG club anymore. Now, the decision will belong to him. The most expensive transfer or the cheapest sale still needs time before we can answer.
That is not a parable because in the end at this time PSG has extended Mbappe's contract even though it is only a formality so there is no "if" in this case.
As for the future of Mbappe we will not be able to be that sure to determine his fate because in the end he determines himself. For the Arab club it will not be possible even when the transfer opened last summer, the 7-fold offer from the Arab club was flatly rejected and it will not be possible for Mbappe to leave with his current condition where he will still get more things at a big European club. And although several clubs are currently linked with Mbappe such as Liverpool and Chelsea but in the end everyone's interest clearly sees almost the same conclusion between Madrid and Mbappe because if we follow this discussion from when the domestic league is off and the transfer starts then Madrid is the strongest candidate.

PSG will not sell Mbappé for a high price, even if they extend the contract for another year. Mbappé seems to have determined that his next stop will be Madrid. He turned down many offers from big clubs. Continuing to prolong this transfer will cause damage to both sides, but the one who will suffer the most is probably PSG. They could lose Mbappé entirely without getting any money.
That's right, Madrid is the beneficiary, and PSG has to sell Mbappé to them at a cheap price. Madrid is the one who decides. They can buy Mbappé, and Haaland is also a suitable name for them to spend money on. If PSG keeps the transfer price tight, Madrid is ready to find another player.

PSG can at least try to sell him slowly. It will also give PSG more benefit caused by the club still needs him right now. You can see the highlights from the previous games about how PSG when mbappe was not playing. It was just proving if mbappe is a key owned by PSG.
The last year PSG had messi or even neymar but this time it's only having mbappe as savior for the club. Do you know how horrible the performance of PSG is? It was not even able winning the game against the worst team in the league.
Mbappe will be leaving from the club. I see no reason for him to stay even longer in the club. He can also get lots of trophy once he will join in the right club.
Saudi has sent him an offer but mbappe rejected it.

Total improvement may take time, friends, it can't take a few weeks for them to immediately become stronger, especially with a new coach, they need a transition. But now PSG has started to change its transfer policy by not being overly ambitious in buying expensive players who are labeled as stars but who have no contribution to the team. Now they are buying players according to the club's needs because building a solid and compact team takes time and adaptation. Enrique just needs time, everything needs a process.

The team is in a lot of problems, I think if you want to have a good result from a new coach, you have to give him some time.  and this is also just the start of the season. With time I think he will be able to bring in better results.

But he will also have to fix a lot of problems in the team. I don't know if he will possibly be able to do that or not.  Of course there is another thing. About Mbappé, will he stay in the team or not is also a big question. Nothing is certain as of yet. We all heard that he was definitely going to leave the club. But now things might take a different turn.

Lyon continue to lose. I didn't expect such a big drop, after so much success in the league, no win in seven games, no one would have expected such a drop. Radical decisions need to be taken urgently in Lyon otherwise it looks like they will be relegated. Reims are already one of the form teams of last season and I expect them to win.
Nice, who did well under Farioli, drew with their in-form opponent. Nice and Brest failed to win.
Rennes, on the other hand, managed to defeat Nantes at home. Rennes is another unbeaten team in 7 games.
Fabio Grosso still unable to solved the problem from Lyon that since he was arrive in this team Grosso has passed 2 matches with 2 loses and Lyon statistics under him is more worst than the previous manager because from those matches Lyon was unable to scores and conceded 3 goals so i was thinking Fabio Grosso maybe is not the right manager for Lyon because he hasn't successfully to gets positive results from Lyon

Lyon performance has gotten worse even since Fabio Grosso joined it hasn't had an impact on Lyon performance in fact it's getting worse every match they play they can't win at all so it's difficult for Lyon to catch points.
The lack of star players makes it difficult for Lyon to rise and develop I don't think it lies with the coach but the Lyon players who should be replaced.
Even though the season is still long, Lyon has not shown any signs of change in himself.
Lyon last few matches have been difficult and they are one of the strongest clubs in the Italian league at the moment so it is only natural that Lyon is not able to beat this elite club.

Fabio Grosso doesn't seem to be able to adaptation well at the club and can't make his player appear impressive in the matches they play so if it continues likes this Lyon is certain to enter the relegation zone.

Even right now nothing is clear about Kylian Mbappé contract with PSG, but one thing is sure his tenure is going to end in 2024 with this trigger is only in hands of Mbappé that can he want to extend his contract or not with PSG can't do anything which is really miserable right now but things will be clear in near future because 31 July 2024 is last date, so hopefully things will be cleared by both parties but most chances we will have new destination for the star player with where he is going it is not clear Real Madrid or Liverpool both are strong candidates for him, but financially Liverpool is surely much better because they are also ready for this all.

If we have him as free agent then surely things will be interesting because Real Madrid wants him as free agent but again if we have something special then surely most chances Liverpool is going to spend huge amount for him.
There are two things I would like to correct in this regard.
First I will straighten out that Mbappe's contract has now been extended by PSG until 2025 so there will be no such thing as leaving on a free transfer for next season but on the other hand he will also definitely leave next season because this contract extension is only a formality so that Mbappe's price does not fall and PSG will still get money in Mbappe's sale.
Secondly I think when talking about financial matters and comparisons of Liverpool and Madrid it is clear that Madrid is superior but even so there is still no guarantee that Mbappe will go to Madrid it's just that the possibility is most likely sure like that.

Even a new coach couldn't help Lyon in this season and they are still failing. I remember years ago this team was racing in the top of the French League for the title but now this team is falling.
Fabio Grosso is currently coaching Lyon and I think there is not much chance for them to get back in shape. In fact, Fabio Grosso had to rebuild the team and Lyon didn't have a good financial situation to buy many players.
If Fabio Grosso fails to lift Lyon from the relegation zone until the end of the season then that will be quite strange, and will be a bad career record for him after being one of the coaches who successfully brought one of the Serie B teams up to Serie A, and his decision to leave Frosinone apparently led him to higher level of difficulty.
Lyon hopes that there will be changes under Grosso as their coach but unfortunately that hasn't been seen at all, and Lyon is still continuing its bad trend, so agree with you that changing coaches probably won't make Lyon better.
I was a little surprised by all the teams in League 1. I saw that it was not just Lyon who experienced a decline in performance, in fact all the teams in League 1 experienced instability and very weak consistency so that the competition did not look as competitive as other leagues. I am not comparing league 1 with other leagues, its just that we can see how the teams in league 1 are performing, even PSG is still inconsistent with its performance and Monaco, as the top holder of the standings, also not have good consistency. so if Lyon this season does not have their best performance, maybe I not blame Fabio Grosso as a coach, of course he has tried to give his best, but I dont know what makes this all look bad.

and I just want to see whether all the teams in league 1 will still have the same appearance after being in January 2024 because until now it has not been seen which team will dominate the top of the standings with high consistency and I will guess that at the end of the season Lyon will escaped the relegation zone again like last time.

All PSG fans are right to feel disappointed about the result of the match, but not all plans will go smoothly when the other team defends better. PSG neither conceded nor scored a goal in that match, but it seems strange that there was not a single goal from 10 shots on target. That means the PSG striker's job is really difficult and they looked frustrated throughout the match.
Luis Henrique have bad started with PSG in Ligue 1 have played 7 matches seems not promising performance with 3 won, 3 draw and 1 loss. PSG have loss many points actually got draw from relegation zone team Clermont Foot is bad achievement for Luis Henrique reputation as most experienced and success manager. PSG attacking line looks frustrated for scoring goals against Clermont Foot with ten shots on target there are can't make one goal yet although PSG have played with full squad, not any rotation yet with Mbappe played in the early minutes but can't help PSG for getting three points.

PSG condition on current standings helped with other teams have inconsistency performance, although dropped to 5th position there are only two points gap with top standings position and still not late for PSG recovery to the top level performance back to first standings.

After seven matches in charge of PSG, Luis Enrique has not yet found a line-up of players that can maintain PSG consistent performance. So far PSG has lost 9 points since Luis Enrique was appointed main coach, the draw when playing at Clermont Foot headquarters further strengthens the assumption that PSG is not doing well in the hands of Luis Enrique.

This season, PSG start is not like previous seasons. The arrival of Luis Enrique is expected to improve PSG performance, but by the seventh match PSG was only able to collect 12 points and was sitting in 5th position in the standings list. Luis Enrique must show his qualities as an experienced coach who has won several titles with the teams he has coached previously. The season is still very long, there will be changes in the standings list in several upcoming matches, including PSG being able to return to the top of the standings depending on the genius of Luis Enrique in formulating strategies in the PSG squad.
