The performance PSG will show in their game against lorient will tell if they will be able to perform this season without having any star players. It sad PSG is not prepared about how the team should be in this season for the home league and champions league.

I think the future of PSG team is very bad. If you think about it, this team is financially very self-sufficient, but despite adding some of the best players in the world, they have not been able to achieve their goals in the Champions League. It remains to be seen what the club plans next.

Also Lorient is not an easy opponent for PSG, based on head to head in 5 matches the both team are quite equally, and without Mbappe also Neymar PSG situation might not be good. But we'll see what will happen because this is also a new start for PSG with a new team that may not go well at the start, but I think there is a possibility this match will end in a draw result.

This is the first match in the official league 1 competition for Enrique and I want to see how Enrique's ability to organize the game strategy to attack. The issue of moving Mbappe has not yet reached a resolution and Enrique does not want this issue to become a burden on the team, So they decided not to include Mbappe in the temporary squad before everything became clear about his future staying or moving to another club

It shouldn't be such a tough game for PSG and I'm sure they will secure the three points in the game. After losing Messi, PSG's attacking trio will undergo an overhaul and I hope this will be the first step for PSG to achieve success under Enrique, both in Ligue 1 and in other competitions.

This is very confusing because PSG must continue to pay Mbappe's salary in full, but why did PSG cross him out of the list of players for this season if he still hasn't left for another place until now. As Dembele won't be able to play in today's match I'm also wondering the trio on the front for PSG. I think two players of the trio will be Goncalo Ramos and Asensio. But I'm not sure about the last member. Maybe Ekitike? Because he played in quite many matches for them last season. But Galtier was the manager back then of course. We don't know anything about Luis Enrique's choices yet. Maybe one of Lee Kang-in and Draxler would play as a starter being the third member of the trio.

Mbappe won't be included in the squad for this season. It's too good to be true to expect him to play against lorient. PSG has found his replacement. I dunno whether goncalo is gonna play or not in this match.
I hope he will be able to play against lorient. PSG had very good head to head against lorient. It will be no brainer to bet on lorient compared with PSG. I meant PSG had 90% chance to win against lorient. PSG already confirmed to leave mbappe in the bench.

It's sad neymar will not be able to play due to the injury. PSG is gonna use the new squad. The pre season games have revealed a poor performance by the new attacking lines, although I am hesitant to make a final assessment at this point.

Both teams are happy to share the points in the first match of the season.

A very stable performance was seen from both the teams in this match. Both teams played very well. Nice kept their defense tight after Laborde took the lead after just 18 minutes. Lille's players could not break down Nice's defense despite several good attacks. Diakite's goal finally leveled the match after 90 minutes. and Lille managed to earn 1 point.

PSG will not release Mbappe easily if they don't get money they want. They will not free Mbappe like an useless player but it is no easy to find a club for Mbappe as he only wants to move to Real Madrid. He does not want to move to Saudi Arabia and only want to stay in Europe, fight against his current club directly.
