For a community dedicated to a project where privacy is considered an important feature, people sure do speculate about other people's personal circumstances a lot.

Today I just noticed that frodocooper is not a moderator anymore.
frodocooper was one of the mods who had zero tolerance for spam in the mining board though some people complained about the board being over moderated which I can understand but I think his contribution was a net positive.
Why do you think he was removed?
