Topic: From financial debt to financial stability- thanks to bitcoin (Read 1946 times)

I was lucky to have found bitcoin at its early stage,  I mean early stage of 2014 which I am very glad right now that I did not throw that opportunity away like some of my friends did and are fully regretting it right now, the opportunity to enter bitcoin has really been of a very great breakthrough for me, which started in 2017  when bitcoin made a powerful surge along with the altcoins and I got money that I never imagined that I would have gotten and right now.

I am a millionaire in my country, because I had to invest some of the money that I got in landed properties while I am still using the other ones to learn trading since I have a wonderful trading idea in cryptocurrency after I dumped Forex trading market for it. I will always be very much grateful to God for this opportunity.

The essence of the story;
- do not trust the hype pyramid scheme
- do not invest all your savings, don't put all eggs in one basket.
- do not loan for something unnecessary.
- do not loan from loan sharks.
- believe in bitcoin

I appreciate how your life changed because of bitcoin, even though I don't have a sad story, thanks to my parents but at least I'm no longer asking for money from them.

It happens because most of the people wants high ROI in a short period of time, most of them are easily blinded with the promised high returns without really thinking about all the probabilities. I guess OP learned his lesson the hard way and it's good that bitcoin had helped you win your finances. Bitcoin sure is a very worthy investment but it is not all perfect, there are times it may hit rock bottom but it will surely bounce back to the top.

Since you are still newbie, there's still a lot of ways that you need to learn, remember that Bitcoin is not stable, so it is impossible that you will win the game always, so you should know the risk on it.

Anyway, yes, we are all thankful as we have given the chance to know Bitcoin before the price will be too expensive, at least now we can still buy at cheap price.

I am also one of those who can say the same thing.  I was first get in here because of some Pay to Click site.  I used to try to earn from this site but at the end I never had a single cent cashed out of it.  But before that I am able to know this forum because of some ads.  During those time we were in a huge debt too but thanks to Bitcoin I am able to pay all these debt and be able to buy a new house because of the 2017 bull run.

It seems like bitcoin has helped a lot of people financially, though! Bitcoin has provided an opportunity for many people from freelancers to the developer, merchants to content providers. If you look at the crypto communities such as Brave (BAT) and Steemit you may realize those platforms pay content providers in cryptocurrency and other plaforms as well.   

Yep. Got into BTC because I was bored and gonna put up a huge bbs/game server again, which would have probably cost me like $75 a month in electric to get the towers up and
learn how to run them under a better machine in emulation etc. (Figure'd that would be about $2.6k of newer replacement bbs equipment or thereabout). Also had some *3* Game of Throne Swords the Damascus Steel Versions with low collectible numbers. Anyway, I found out about Bitcoin and kept walking by the damn swords. Always helps to buy stuff BEFORE the author's HBO series. I got them because I thought George R.R. Martin was the next Tolkien. Boy, was I right! Anway, broke down and sold them for about $3.2k total I think it was, and with the $$$ set aside for the revival of the BBS/Game server I had some 'stupid' hobby cash to spend.

Then took that money and ordered like around August 1st? 2013 or so a KNC Jupiter ASIC BTC Miner that cost exactly $5,131.80 USD with shipping to my door, I think I have the price right? It arrived in a soggy mush of cardboard held together with 2 hands by DHL guy and was full of rainwater (1/2 a glass) and parts was loose inside. So after a major panic attack, and then draining water out of the unit, then borrowing hairdryer from a neighbor, I get it all set up and can't find the switch. I email KNC (got a quick 1 hr reply by chance) and they tell me to use a PAPERCLIP on the PSU. By that point, I'm having real doubts about my purchase! So after being told the proper pins to use and cutting a paper clip, I've cut half and tapping with black tape the other end, I closed my eyes, turned my head, jammed it in the pins, said a prayer and it worked. Man, I was a wreck!

So to be clear, when I started this KNC Jupiter up on Oct 18th, 2013 my goals were modest. (1) I was bored needed a hobby and this did not eat electricity like putting up the old bbs/game server. (2) When I turned it on, and looked, sometime that day BTC was exactly $150 a BTC and I was making 1 BTC a day I think, more or less. (3) Looking at difficulty I figured (wrongly was much better than that) I had like 9 months of paying off the miner/electric and then MAYBE I could get another 9 months out of the unit and pay for my house utilities and heat the basement of my house in the winter too boot! Before difficulty caught up with the unit vs price of BTC. (4) Hey, I was being a nice guy and with Micro-Lending in India, for crying out loud.  (5) being a hobby and all and Micro-Lending in India and elsewhere, being, all the rage I could use this Bitcoin miner to help those folk, hey, again, this whole BTC mining endeavor was only supposed to be just a frigging hobby. Sometimes being a bored clueless newbie, really, really comes through for you!

Well, of course, everything went completely nuts..BTC/Mining/Altcoins all took off from that point in time till now, so basically I fell into this.

So anyway, now, I should probably get the BBS/Game Server back up, for the heck of it because this BTC/Crypto allowed me to retire 2.5 years early and such. It seems appropriate if I ever find the time and all the stuff I'd have to learn about emulating O/S's under Windows 10 etc. Seems like the thing to do in retrospect.

Anyway, as the OP says in his title. "From financial debt to financial stability- thanks to bitcoin" this surely applies to me. I really, really liked (addicted) to ASIC mining in the big
data halls in a big, big, way, but those days are gone in the USA...so I HODL and wait.

Anyway...

Chump or Champ we will see, for the future of BTC/Crypto, we will see I guess...

If bitcoin is used correctly it can both destroy the market and save it

Good to see that even students from the Philippines do have some enough understanding how bitcoin actually works, its true that some of them won't believe in you because of what they have heard on the internet that bitcoin is some sort of scam and we can't blame them for that since there are some people who use bitcoin to deceive others but bitcoin was able to prove itself to many of us like it has the capabilities on giving us a better future. It gives so much opportunity and now it already has a huge impact on our lives. I'm grateful because bitcoin makes me realize a lot of things not only when it comes to money but also as a person like we can't have the benefits we wanted if we aren't patient enough, also we have to understand that we will not always earn sometime we will lose the battle but its is not enough reason to stop.

We are the same story of why we have been successful in bitcoin. I was 19 years old when I started at bitcoin and at the same time I was working. It was difficult because I had to spend a little time on my break from studying bitcoin to earn money but it didn't conflict with my mind to stop it because I knew that one day I would prove that I could make some money here.

And with that, I made money from 2017 to 2018 during the bull run and here I have the money to buy a home and have a business that has given me income to live on. Thanks to bitcoin and my friends who helped me to achieve this.

the story of my life that was never forgotten when in 2017 I chose to quit the job that in a month can get a salary of $ 300, at that time I was single but wanted to marry a girl in my country, but because I decided to quit my permanent job, she left me because not sure with bitcoin can finance everyday life only with bitcoin.
when there was a bullrun at the end of 2017 my life changed which had only been underestimated now people around me tried to approach me and find out what I was doing.
although in love I failed but in my finances I was better and the choices I made I will never regret.

I also experienced the same thing as you said, I found bitcoin started from earning money on the internet.
Then finally I got to know bitcoin and knew how to get income from bitcoin. And finally I was able to earn
decent income, paying off debt and meeting daily needs. That's all because bitcoin provides a solution
economic problems that I face. Finally now with bitcoin my finances have become more stable.

Having an inspiration while working can remove your fatigue, and that is the advantage of having children.
You will not think about the cost, but thinking about how you can provide their needs and wants because you love them. Having a family is not something that should be avoided, it is necessary so you can have someone to together in your life.

As for me, Bitcoin helps me and my family to become financially stable, I can give them what they want and what they need and it is enough for me.

That well said. Having children can boost our spirit to work hard for our children because we want to make sure that they can eat and get what they need for their life. We can get more support from our family to get a better life so we can give many things to our beloved family.

Bitcoin gives many good things to people, especially in making money and have a new source of income. I am sure many people are saved by bitcoin, and they still working on many things to earn more bitcoin so they can sell bitcoin at the highest price.

The OP story shows an experience that has some similarities with some bitcoin users and it happened to my friend and I started to know or use bitcoin because of him, and I
believe that bitcoin will come to those who need it especially those who struggle to get income from the internet and over time they finally find and recognize bitcoin and make it a promising source of income.
and what I see now is that his life is much better than before and can solve his family's economic and financial problems and besides that he can cover his family's debts and many other positive changes during his involvement with bitcoin.
and I also felt it as long as I joined bitcoin and my life was much better especially in financial matters and became stable.

Well, having a children is indeed costly, but it will be your motivation to work harder and to find more opportunity to earn more, it is not that they are your obligation, but it is because you love them and you wanted to provide everything you can for them, but of course, if you are not ready yet, then you don't need to be in a hurry.

For me, thanks to Bitcoin, I can provide my family needs and wants.

Bitcoin saved me too. I mean I still have to work and make ends meet but it has enabled me to do all sorts of different jobs which now support crypto payments and not just Paypal. I am pleased about that. My biggest issue about working online was how I would be paid. It also opened windows for varies earning opportunities.
Where is it that you live? What kind of house do you own for $14k? I am very interested now. What are some other living costs there? What are you currently doing?
