But it seems to get weaker every day. The price doesn't hold. The people fight more. Blockstream is forcing everyone to use their side chain so the miners will stop getting money. The whole thing is starting to collapse. It will take more time, but it's death is now certain. Core team did this. They are assholes who won't listen. Bitcoin is now controlled by about 3 people. It is no longer 'decentralized'. Therefore it must die.
Bitcoin is here for 6 years now and not going to die any sooner as long as it has support of community.
i think bitcoin will never die because bitcoin now is becoming famous and more people now is using bitcoin as currency because they thinking that it easy to gain profit or to earn money from bitcoin because they can freely play gambling also without any fee or entrance fee and some inverstors are using it to invest!

Anyway it looks like Bitcoin price will stay on $500 - $600 for next two months, and if after this time we will not see any, at least little bubble, Bitcoin for sure will not cross $1000 in this year!
One way to find out man, we need to wait until the end of this year. If that is you prediction then it is not good to invest with the current price to day and wait for a great rise before the end of the year. But for me, I still believe the price will be back to $700 or $800 the most.

There are several attempts to clone bitcoin, trying to clear the issues as delay into confirmations, but till the moment any altcoin were able to reach bitcoin value, and wont happen, bitcoin has big security, it may fail if those get lost.
If security measures of bitcoin fails than i am quite sure other altcoin will also lost their value as well as all alts that are clone of bitcoin will die with more faster than bitcoin. Eth is not even comparable to Bitcoin in so many terms. I never consider ETH as a big competitor to bitcoin system in any means. Now I really want to shout out "f**k! bitcoin is the sole leader as always and for ever".
Indeed. Etherium is not even meant to compete with BTC really. It is a solution for another problem. I think the comparisons come solely because it is currently #2 in market capitalisation under BTC.
Correct, Ethereum is not a competitor of bitcoin instead it can be both helpful to one another when it comes to digital or cryptocurrency. though many of the community they investing it both too because their mineable in terms of bitcoin mining.
