OP your title is misleading. I came here expecting that there will an instant pay of 0.03 while you said in this thread that you will pay 0.0001 btc per account. The title shoul be replaced with an UP TO 0.03 BTC not earn 0.03 btc.

we can't afford that much.. I think 0.0001 not a bad rate. you just need to create accounts. no need to do other activity.

0.0001 is too small per account because we have to think some names to create a few accounts, afterall we also need to make email accounts per account

The title is very misleading, in my opinion. I click on this thread because I thought I will earn 0.03 BTC per account. But still, 0.0001 BTC per account is way too cheap.
Should be around 50 cents (or higher) per non-PVA account and it would cost you a bit expensive for a PVA account since you will need a ton phone number to verify the account.

Maybe he is opening up a facebook like shop.Also you want 1000 accounts and paying upto 0.0001 btc per account so are you paying up 0.1 btc for 1000 (raised question because you put up max upto 0.03 btc For making accounts).Also make the funds in escrow so that more people comes up in interest to do the work.

is way cheap considering that the hired one shall create an email address for it. it has to be gmail as well for facebook recognize other email accounts that are associated with spam like gmx.com. yahoo can be considered but still facebook will monitor it very closely.
