We are a bit understaffed this week. Tranthidung left our campaign for new challenges  and Coin_trader will probably not be able to post anything due to personal reasons. We will let this week pass as it is and open the campaign for new participants later this week or maybe next week. We are aiming to strengthen our team with few top posters from mixers campaigns that should be closing their doors soon.

If you said so, I have nothing other than agreeing with this and saying thank you to you and your co-manager as well as the Livecasino team. It is always my pleasure to be here.

I know, the competitiveness will be higher than before and I did not mean I will be chosen because I belong to the best but I meant I can get job for sure. I will need time and probably will get a job with lower pay rate than this one but let's see what will come when January 2024 starts.

It is not a special deal. We were always paying everyone for every post made while wearing our sig. I don't know how many posts you have this week but i took your post count when you said you are changing campaigns as cut off. Everything before that, you are entitled to payment. There is no min post count and if you are fine with it I will make the decision when grading the table. If you have at least 0.5mBTC coming your way I am sending them and if you have less I will consider it donation for faster transactions.

Regarding changing campaigns I generally agree with your point with one exception. Currently several strongest campaigns are mixers and it will be througher than usual to get into good campaigns after new year.

It is so good to know that you intended to do it for me but please, let me refuse to receive it. Because it is unfair for other participants in this campaign as well as in other campaigns too. I don't want me to be a special case to get a special deal that if is made, should be done before I changed my signature and avatar and made my announcement here.

It's a bit sad to hear that bro because you were one of the few guys from the forum I recognized overthere. You say you will still wear the signature so I guess you will remain a regular player and supporter fortunately, I'm not surprised though. I want to announce my long inactivity to signature campaign so that you can allot my spot to whoever deserves it.

I will be having a scheduled eye surgery which requires me to have a month of recovery and I doubt too that I will be permitted to become active on reading small text in the screen after the initial recovery phase. I’m not leaving the campaign but rather I will just have a rest on Bitcointalk in general including gambling.

I will still use my avatar and signature for Livecasino when I’m offline as token of appreciation to opportunity given to me by this company for more than years. I hope I can join again in the future!

There was a lot in your post but mostly running in circles about your main point - people are applying to other campaigns because managers are reshuffling campaigns. I don't agree with that sentiment on multiple accounts but mainly - that behavior from my point of view means they are aware they are not up to the standards of the campaign. Why would you otherwise be afraid of reshuffle?

I think it is much more a case of higher payments elsewhere. Nobody ever in our campaign applied to lower paid one as far as I am aware:) Nothing wrong with that, free market, I am just saying if I have two participants of same qoulity and one has applied to 5 campaigns in last two months and one hasn't applied even once, I know who I am kicking out.

P.S.S. Above is not in any case related to current participants of this campaign or hinting about possible future decisions.  It was more of my personal general opinion about this topic. As a campaign manager, we will always do what is best for LC and we will come to that decision together, after both cryptofrka and I give our points and we meet in the middle

I like this your comment and I will also like to ask a question. If managers value a participant who does not apply for signature campaign often, then why is it that managers also remove participants from their campaigns when he has not violated the campaign rules? didn't you think that it is also the cause of participants to reapplying for other campaigns for the sake that managers might reshuffle the campaign and remove them. I have seen that from campaign managers and even removing reputable members from their campaigns and call it reshuffling so there is a popular saying that instead of the campaign manager to remove him let him leave to another campaign. I first saw this removing of participants from Royse777 and some of the managers follow him and later he brought term "reshuffle". I also like mangers that does not do those things and managers like Best-Change that is one of the best campaigns in the forum and since when I came to this forum, I have not seen "reshuffling" in that campaign plus you and  few others. Managers were reshuffling participants in mixers because they feel that the pay is big therefore the most quality and reputable members are much more better to suit in those campaigns and not the average posters.

And here we are talking about advertising, and how visibility for the Signature and Logo (Avatar) of the company for people to see and how many people visit the site. Because of the high pay of mixers, average or middle class posters and the lower class posters were reshuffled to casinos and they finally advertised mixers to exile. What I am saying here is that managers are also part of the reapplication campaigns by participants because they are afraid of the unknown. I don't think any dull person can come to the forum but what in most time affect them is the English language barrier. The reshuffling these days were too much. Though if the person does not abide to the rules of the campaign, then he should be removed. I have seen a signature campaign in this forum existing before I came yet they have not reshuffled any participants. The poor is always conscious of their security, they are afraid of the unseen so they have to protect themselves. Therefore, reapply is always occurred. This is how I see it form my view.
