It is very unfortunate but I predicted it somehow some time ago, when I refused to get 160$ weekly from a mixer, and stayed with my previous gambling campaign. The last seizure was a clear message.

Agree with that wholeheartedly, I have also switched from just 2 campaigns in the whole time I am here on forum. First time when I got accepted to CM and recently when Sinbad changed conditions to much worse.As managers we also value when our participants aren't applying for new campaigns often. If you are applying to anything new which pays 10$ more of course it doesn't look good means you are just here until anything else comes around. Not really something you want to see
If other big teams come after your guy and offer him a big salary, it shows that the team is developing better talent. Every club's objective is to get their players a better offer, and when it comes from another club, they don't hesitate.
Those who left on mutual or no mutual agreement are all doing better elsewhere. Another prove that the red house produces great talents. We're make you proud buddy.

Yup, just to reconfirm - it was not the best of weeks.
How our process usually looks like is that we both recommend 1 guy for the rewards and then agree on the last one together - we rate each one of you in our sheets individually.
When we combined the grades this week, it was significantly lower than our campaign average. A few of you were passable, but again - nothing to be proud of.
Considering that the quality is usually good, we won't be making any drama here - just a kind reminder that this is a well-paying and long-lasting campaign and that we do have high expectations when it comes to posting quality.
