All possibilities can occur, this is only a matter of development that continues to be carried out, today the NFT hype is getting bigger, even more successful as expected, but the Crypto room provides new things that continue to be developed, many NFT projects have succeeded and can be said to be successful, but for Next years did not determine whether they could survive or not, but I think the development was preparing for a new project for the future.

Even NFT might be a wonderful concept due to lots of scams and manipulations, I am afraid it may not able to sustain in crypto space. It may get obsolete like ICO (ICO faced tough time due to exchange based initial offering IEO; similarly we could expect improved version of NFT).When retail investors are heavily get impacted by manipulations, that leads to regulation but in decentralized environment that is not possible which is the reason we need improved version. I am confident about revised version of NFT which might be from exchanges or community driven; let's wait and watch as NFT is really backed by nice concept hence I love to have it in more secured version rather than what we have today.

However, the more mediocre projects that are just predicated on images of animals will slowly fade away.
Metaverse projects have huge potential in this field, e.g. Sandbox, Decentraland, etc.

NFT is related to Game project, metaverse and Web 3.0It will continue to be a trending topic because there is artistic value in NFT, maybe we only see the code if we see it on the blockchain, but when we open the NFT token in OpenSea, it will show an image and a character, many other things, right now NFT land in MANA and Sandbox are sought after by many investors, this shows the future of NFT will continue to grow and it looks real.

looks like NFT is still pretty good prospects . because lately even people outside of crypto users are interested in the metaverse. and maybe later there will be a good project. which involves crypto as well. I haven't seen any trend better than NFT or metaverse for now.
NFT hype is still active and pumping. I came across a project a month back on the Ethereum blockchain. Those JPG's were all would out in just half an hour. Price was 0.03E but the transaction fee was very high still they were sold in just half an hour. Now those are being sold for 0.1E on Opensea. I am searching for a good project on Solana as the transaction fee is very less if compared with Ethereum.
So far, we have already known how NFTs can be spreading around the world. Moreover, even they are new enough, many newcomers, companies, public figures, and also other important people also buy NFTs, moreover as we know right now, many platforms, I mean trusted and reputable platforms also provide NFTs, they are also connected with gaming and also maybe Metaverse in the future.

NFT is a bullshit! Today both Elon Musk and Jack Dorsey tweeted regarding the metaverse where NFT is an integral part of it. NFT is just a marketing buzzword and nothing else. It is solely run on hype and unless you are a known celebrity, no one gives a damn about what NFT you are creating!
The NFT market willl stay alive within metaverse but this is not something that will create value for its user. It's a digital piece of shit.

It is difficult to predict NFT in the future because it is a game-based crypto platform, so more and more game lovers can produce NFT I think NFT will continue to grow even though not many investors join.
Maybe NFT is busy right now because of the hype if the hype goes away it's possible that NFT won't grow as much as it is now, let alone to get NFT by playing games.

It's hard to tell, we have seen a lot of projects that come and go. Remember the DeFi? Now it's NFT I'm sure there is something next after NFT probably DAO? but of course the NFT will still be there but a new hype projects will come and investors from different groups will be focusing on something new rather than the previous one. Not unless of course there will be some new changes in NFT or new games that will change the course of the game.
Seeing the current market trend at the pace of NFT is still same like everyone dropping their artworks in hope for earning money but now the demand has been shrinked to some extent as you might see because now the NFT that are only image format and no secondary utility have less demand and floor price but on the other side some games based NFT are now more popular and will survive the long run at last otherwise it's not possible.

Predicting the future of one industry is like predicting the price of Bitcoin. Its very hard to predict.We've seen NFT's all around the internet since the mid-2021 and there are NFT's everywhere. From pixelated monkeys to a $69M Dollar NFT to NFT games like Axie Infinity to CryptoPunks. NFT's right now have their value but I'm pretty sure that in the next years, most of these NFT's will decrease their value or worse they might be worthless in the future (hope not). We might see new NFT games and arts next year though the hype isn't there anymore. We might see new NFT games in the future but there will be lesser investors to invest into it. We don't know for sure what will happen next year but NFT's will always be there that's for sure.
There is no doubt that the NFT projects will have massive updates and developments to attract both investors and gamers to support them. At the same time, people should be vigilant because as the market is going strong, the scammers are also playing the role to fool those who are not familiar with this market. So it's better to be full research before investing to avoid unnecessary loss of your capital. It's better to land at the right project on your first try than to ride on a doubtful false-promising NFT project.

No one knows what is going to happen, but I doubt NFTs are going anywhere soon. With metaverse being a hype and trend, NFT is also getting a boost since NFTs are also now a part of metaverse. And I also remember reading somewhere that Instagram will be allowing users to buy NFTs through their platform or something like that. So yep, we will be seeing more of metaverse and NFTs in 2022.
