it will not be every day 5%, isn't it... but dev is using escrow for the premine bounties is a good sign as he could easily just dump those coins on the market and ran away... lets say what it will bring in the future. Also because of the huge dump during ICO, those bounties for translation and paper wallet are pretty nice.
