I'm a (lady) GAIA fan but when I look at the orderbook and the Volume then I say it is a very ambitious goal 15K Satoshi.
I put often smal buy orders @ 520-555 Satoshi and they are filed easely.
The developmet team is great and did an awasome job but I don't see now the moon yet.
I have a great plan for GAIA to be part of a coin-basket I offerd to dev-team before ICO ending but no serious answer yet.

Could you elaborate a bit more about your plan? What has been your success with the coin you promote so far? No offence, but you sound like you are the missing link between gaia and the moon, but that doesn't seem to be exactly the case, therefore if it's not too big secret, perhaps community would be entitled to know a bit more about your intentions. I see great features in GaiaCoin and a very active community.
I see also great features in some other coins where I have in some a large amount of.
The idea is to exchange some % into GAIA and that we put the exchanged coins into a trusted foundation.
I'm not a coin developer but read a lot of the coins I like and I see power in cooperation.
I work @AlterraWUR an enviriomental institute and we want to work with enviriomental cryptocurrency to reward people for change their behaveour more sustainable and collect valuable tree data and other enviriomental data in the world to monitor and understand climate change. Crypocurrency can make the change to better envirioment and in 2015 we go start projects in that field.
The coin-basket created extra value and it can be coded into GAIA-platform.
For our plans it is not realy nessesery to create a coin-basket, for now I work on EnergyCoin Foundation controlling 20% of all the coins and we still are accumulating.
Cooperation gives value 1+1+1 = 10!

Just as bad as everyone else I want the price to soar. The current landscape just isn't conducive(sp) to that.
We haven't promoted as a coin, as a team of investors, anything really to an extent that we have worrysome results. Once our devs can step back from developing and promote the work we will be in good shape.
Remember what makes GAIA different, is our devs develop, and then tell you, as opposed to promising you the moon, only to delay, or under develop the promise. One day we will wake up and the volume / price will change significantly.
Gaia isn't built on excitement, or promises like 99% of crypto, and that is what makes this project special, aside from its truly disruptive nature. Once the products, and people producing those products grows, I dont think there is an idea, or team in crypto that could stop GAIA from reaching a top 5-10 spot in crypto by the spring.

We have a solid community, but we do need to increase the size of it to attain Fiat / Gaia status. 10 people control about 50% of this coin Im estimating roughly. We need to grow the size of our community and let them sell off some shares to new members.
The faster we start gaining more awarenesss, and a better distribution of coins, the better chance we have to make a significant impact in 2015.

I agree with you about the distribution, every time I look at the richlist, i wish it was more evenly distributed (the pie is mostly red) but on the positive side a lot of those coins are in bittrex and devs wallets. I think a lot of people will move coins to there wallets from bittrex once the markets stabilise a bit and that will make the richlist look a lot better
I believe that the distribution of coins will get better from month to month. Price at 10k is in my opinion realistic in the First half of the Year. After that we will see...

My guess is 25-30k and my hope is 1$ a coin so i can retire . On a more serious note, there are so many independent variables that make the prediction very difficult. All we need at the moment is a sizeable injection of btc into the ALT markets and then the btc will move around very quickly and the price rise will follow. All i know is GAIA definitely has a future (as long as digital currency as a whole survives the storm that is ) and that in itself will be an achievement. The Devs seem to have a very good tech and business acumen so I am never worried

. On a more serious note, there are so many independent variables that make the prediction very difficult. All we need at the moment is a sizeable injection of btc into the ALT markets and then the btc will move around very quickly and the price rise will follow. Your estimate seems reasonable, even $1 a coin is possible, maybe this will be considered cheap for Gaia, if everything alignes and Gaia really develops it's potential on all fronts. Realistically, I would be glad to see it cross 10k mark some time this year and retain it.

I'm happy I bought a share in Ico and even more I got a lot more well under ico when some investors got scared. A million gaia/btc/dollar question? Where do you see the Gaia price in fiat currency or btc within a year?
I'd like to hear the community and raging bull to answer this, not a speach on ifs and buts and needs, just a pure answer in your opinion of where Gaia might be in a year from now and what in your own opinion will the value be!
btw this isn't demanding for investment purposes as I'm already invested in Gaia, just really interested on everyone's own predictions!

My personal aim for price on the short term is 10k SATS, you can call that ambitious but
we have seen coins do much better with much less innovation.

I believe gaia has the conservative potential of a $1M market cap this year, so... that would put the price at 15k satoshis.
Of course, as we see the roadmap flesh out, the sky becomes the limit.
