You have a point OP, but i think it's not a bad idea repeating important notices on the forum, topics like this are meant to be pinned so anyone and everyone new to the forum can still see them but we know that's not the case here, most of the topics and threads on the forum have been repeated but it doesn't mean the comments are exactly like the others and it doesn't man you can't learn something new from this particular thread, because not everyone had access to the previous threads and they are also not topics that people tend to look at everyday so it goes down beneath at the bottom of other threads,l as new threads are created everyday. Not all repeatedly posted threads are or can be considered as spam thread especially not when it carries important messages in it and people can learn everyday from it. And then again, the previous threads may not contain the same informations as this one as people's view differs and there could be points you can find here that are not in the previous threads so OP no knowledge is waste.
