Yes they must control but sometimes something happen when betting and when they see that the match not go on good direction they probably make new bets and can't be good because maybe can lose more if not wait the end of game.
Losing more is not a problem if the knew that they could lose this as well while betting but people aren't really have the thought of what will happen if we lose again,they just beleive they could make profits all the money lost on earlier bets.

For real, we have seen many poorly emotional gamblers that commited suicide after losing into gambling, some will even create violence - start fights, destroy items. this is not suppose to be. emotion maturity is expedient for every gamblers. and you must be able to accept your fate when things are not on your side.
Committing suicide is the most stupid outcome of being a weak gambler, yes, I'm calling it weak because although we get our emotion involve in gambling, we should not end our life just because we lose money, every problem has a solution, and even if we are addicted, if we are just willing to change, we can be cured.
I've seen people who are really addicted in gambling, ended up selling their valuable items to finance their gambling activities but they were able to change as they admitted their mistakes, and they learn from it. Not only that, because they got cured they can gamble responsibly when they start fresh again.
For me, yes gamblers need to control their emotion especially if you exceeded your limit, I mean a restriction of the money you can wage. Many addicted gamblers sell their properties, jewelry, etc. to make sure that they can still play to the casino, etc. especially when they have a huge debt to some notorious person or group. So just gamble wisely, especially if you just want to play for fun. 
Emotional is not good under any circumstances and can endanger yourself, what else is there in playing emotional gambling can destroy your game because you lose control when betting and in the end you will lose everything.

..maybe the government needs to make a law for how long each individual can stay in gambling places specially casino.(but ofcourse the casino operator will do anything just to prevent this from happening because the longer the player stay the big profit they can have,even if this turns into health issue of their players)

I am not very much familiar in gambling casinos but there should be an attending physician to check if any one of those people gambling in their vicinity will show bad symptoms of excessive gambling, that guy has little support coming from his family, they should have seen the first sign if the guy is gambling excessively.
Why would any gambling site care if any gambler is addicted or doing more gambling ? Remember that running a gambling casino is a business (and it is not a social welfare program) and the sites will never implement anything which may decrease their revenue.
It's just not for gambling, we should control our emotions on every step in our life. Gambling is more complicated so here everyone obviously should control emotions.

I don't think gambling is investment like some other projects. It's just like lottery and we should fully aware that there is maximum chances of loss your fund. Yes, we should not take it seriously because life is more worthy from gamble. Just take is as a hobby or time pass. Don't take high risk. 
thats true . they are not nurse and that is not a hospital so why would they bother check the health of thier costumers ? they are gambling bussiness and they operate because people wanted to play gambling . its the gamblers fault if something bad happened to him because he dont control his emotion and he plays over his limit without eating or drinking anything . what the guys suffered is more serious than loosing and getting bankrupted . i bet this will give some gamblers a lesson that life is more important than anything else because once you die , you cant carry your money with you .
Well, some said that we can find everything in a casino house then why there's no medical department in case of emergency? They knew the consequence of this to their players, I think they should hire at least 2-3 nurses for treatment section when a player feels ill. The reason why that guy died, first; he is addicted and continue to play and the second one is there are no healthy measures, no medical department to remind the players if they're still good at it.

The problem with these individuals is that they see gambling as a method of answering their financial problems, thus their last resort renders them to gamble all the resources that they have. Addiction, in general, clouds the judgement of people making them irrational on their decisions especially that they view their methods as acceptable. If someone has a problem with addiction, it is highly advisable to seek support from their family members for continuous guidance and understanding from them.

The funny thing is, if you gamble for 13 hours straight, chances are you're only losing what you're winning. Gambling should be controlled and disciplined especially if you are on a win-streak. The more you gamble, the less chance you win from the actual games itself.

That is why we need to have moderated play in gambling. If we can discipline ourselves, we would not lose a lot. I think being addicted in games or casinos are sign of mental disorder. If you cannot live without playing gambling, you should be worried about your self condition. Play only when you want not because you really need to win that game.
Discipline is one of the points we need to have before we play gambling, and if we can combine it with self-control, we can avoid becoming addicted to gambling.
