I don’t sympathize with people like that, am sorry to say that please because I feel they made their decision in the first place. We have an option to either play for entertainment, which relieves us of stress or play for money which would also lead to emotional trauma.

Actually, the main reason is, gambler should strong, our emotions of loser make us destroy and in the end we see the death cases.

They only see the easy money making chances in gambling but the probability of happening is very less which caused many people to loss and still the people coming with the hope also losing their money.If it has been considered as business then people don't have any control over it.

Gamblers need to understand the ups and downs before get started with it because they will have to control all the factors and situations after loss. It is a very good luck but very rare to see when you see less than 2, 3 gamblers in a game. The probability of winning a game is more in playing with 1 or 2 opponents but the chances decreases when you play with more than 3 gamblers, you should be prepared accepting your loss.

You need help man, you lack control of your self that's why you have regrets now.
Eliminate that what ifs and move on, then learn from your mistakes, even if you have money in sportsbook, with control, you can avoid unnecessary or unplanned bets.

Well, gamblers must have this kind of mindset itself, must aware of possible things happen and cause into addictions. Emotion is very important to manage and follow by self-control. Both of these if you have then, you are totally fine. Bare this always in mind that gambling is the way you relax not for chasing money, if you lose then you stop, that's it.

The hallmark of gambling which is uncertainty is one of the main reasons I always expect gamblers to choose gambling as a game of fun and desist from every destructive habit. As long as gamblers keep on playing for fun, self control would always be a great challenge that would be difficult to solve, this is money we are talking about mate.

I think the reason we see many running after how to make money is because of the fabricated stories of dramatic increases in frequency of wins we daily read about gambling and gullible people would without a second thought not mind committing their hard end money in playing some games.

Good advice, buddy. As I always ended up at zero balance whenever I am exhausted and was being carried away by my emotions. Sad to say, greediness hit me all the time. It ruined everything.

A wrong decision is taken in gambling. If you play too long in gambling, of course it will make you out of focus and result in you not focusing on gambling anymore. In gambling, of course focus and fitness are very necessary so that we can be more relaxed in playing. In my opinion, 13 hours is a long time in gambling. Plus you can't get results there. of course it affects your life going forward like this person.

Of course because money is important for our life our family life so we have to control our emotion if you don't then it will become big problem.

Money matters it is true so those who become greedy about making money and invest so much money without having knowledge will suffer lose, so if you get profit once try to wait for the next time, be sure you won enough but with time to time gambling, We just not to be greedy and control our emotions right on time.

As long as there is money involved,man in nature tends to become greedy.But in gambling,if you chose to be greedy,you will never be profitable in the end.As much as possible,we should learn how to control our emotions when gambling because if we let our own emotions controlled our minds,we will never find success in gambling.

Controlling emotions is very important and must be well understood by gamblers. when a gambler cannot control emotions well the gambler will get closer to failure. many people have experienced bad things when they cannot control emotions. but on the contrary, when a gambler can control emotions, they get closer to success.

You are very right mate and I think this is the real aspect most gamblers are not getting right. Emotional control is a very vital factor in gambling, it could either make a gambler successful or even a loser. Managing emotions is handled by a part of the brain that is known as amygdala, and it serves as memory chip,, every of our emotion either negative or positive are always embedded here.

In my opinion, we can never escape emotional management if we must excel in gambling because either ways, we are always subconsciously aware that of our emotions. I think study would have shown clearly that “emotional management enhances decision making especially when under gambling pressure.

How sad that he didn't fight for his emotions. He lost his opportunity to experience life to the fullest. I know it is really hard to lose such huge amount in gambling. But we can still had a chance to go up, realize some better things and slowly withdrawn from the gambling addiction. Honestly, gambling ruined his family and his whole life. To be eager to get back what he lose, he went again to gamble. Same scenario of a typical gambler who experienced big wins and after that, a big loses. Hope this will serve as a lesson to everyone here like me who gamble a lot.

I had a very interesting scenario last week, when I played on a site and won over 500$ at first trial, I was so emotional and all that went on my mind was to double bet, believing that I would triple the amount if I did that, but I learnt to reduce greed, implement self-control by putting back half of the money, while I kept half but low and behold, I lost it all immediately and would have lost more if I committed all the amount.
