I wanted to ask if there are companies/people that offer advice & assistance to gambling players, even paying a fee. Because I have questions about it and how to proceed correctly.
There are experienced users on this forum that can offer advice and direction on how you should go about the situation. I assume you want to know how to protect your privacy and how to approach the casino so you will be sure they will be giving you your funds after sending the documents.

If you get any message from someone offering professional advice, you should take it with a pinch of salt, or for safer conversations you can post what you are comfortable sharing here and other experienced gamblers will drop suggestions for you.

If you do not have funds in the casino, I will suggest choosing a different casino which does not ask for personal documents unless there is a very valid reason for it.

Hello. Recently an online casino asked me source of wealth documents, I wanted to ask if there are companies/people that offer advice & assistance to gambling players, even paying a fee. Because I have questions about it and how to proceed correctly.
Thanks

Run away. There are too many casinos that won't ask you to do that, which looks like a scam. In a bank it's reasonable, but not in a casino.

Are you among the devs team when using the word "we" signifies that you are also among the casino operator, however, I wouldn't want to capitalize your statement but it's deem necessary for a casino and gambling site to asked about additional verification or source of wealth if they the money isn't coming from the right source, this is to fight against anti money laundering.

It looks like a copy-paste from the ToS, which would be plagiarism, as the source is not cited.

At Betflexi.com, we don't ask for that as we believe that player's privacy supersedes every other consideration. Asking for source of wealth is never a sure way to curb money laundering. There are far better and more sophisticated ways.

To meet anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, promote responsible gambling, and protect both the player and the casino, it is typically ethical for casinos to inquire about the source of a player's wealth. However, it is imperative that transparency and privacy are upheld to ensure that such inquiries remain non-intrusive and are not misused.
