Of course as a gambler watching a game that you have already place a bet on is really not good for your health, more especially if you are those type that normally experience high blood pressure and the team you bet on is losing it can lead you to shock, while because you don't have the mind to withstand it.
Like I said before - gamblers should normalize using something they know they won’t think about twice if they should lose it, if you use that kind of amount you really won’t be too bothered when you lose the money and you might even be able to watch the match and pay full attention despite being on the losing side.
I know not everyone has that mindset but if they should cultivate that habit of going my in small then it should help reduce that tension - for example think of someone who has $1000 in his account and then gamble $600 on a game, it’s obvious that they won’t be able to watch that match but if that same person should gamble lets say $4 out of the $1000 they’ll still be able to watch the match since the amount they are losing isn’t worth much to them as compared to the $600.
