That's because casino's are business and they won't allow to make the players to give higher chance of winning. And they are taking advantage of the players that doesn't want to stop gambling instead they are making gambling as their addiction and when a person is addicted into something. Then that is considered as sickness.

Yes gambling is a business and a type of business which aim to give a source of fun to the players so the players do not have to play for the money but they have to play for fun and that is all so in this aspect the owners are not at wrong because they are doing they job which they are aiming and they are earning their money from their business.

Camon all does know how casinos does works, they collect their fees, and for one win 10 have to loose, this is something we all know, if you invest into an house you know the risks associated to gambling. People get addicted to something very easy and fast, when they stop to think about they already into something like a prison and there is no way out, atleast is what the most does believe.

well it may cause a lot of negative effects in people's lives once they get too hooked to it. especially as you've said, if people have big capital, sometimes it's hard to control yourself. following this routine would most likely lead to addiction and that's where the sickness comes in. i think it's more of a mental issue and can easily be resolved with the help of family and friends.

that's right , i don't think it's a sickness when you feel have nothing wrong with gambling , it's a sickness when people get lost so deep causing so many problem in their life and instead to stop it they continue playing without considering there could be make their situation much more worse than before until they feel desperate. once people reached that level it should considered as a sickness.

agree with this but unfortunately many people is not realize about this and they still continue to playing gambling. its really bad for their life, and they will not stay for longer time. not just loss in the money, they will loss everything they have and they will ruin and its hard to get out in that situations. so i think we should control our self while we playing gambling and only play with safe.

As many things in our everyday life it depends. As an example if I drink two beers every Saturday night is alcoholism? In my opinion the critical word is addiction. People addicted to alchool or gambling where they cannot stop even though that they know that is bad for them are sick.

Yeah. Gambling should be considered entertainment instead of a sickness in my opinion. You simply choose to entertain yourself - at a price of course, which is the house edge that casinos make money and charge you upon.

If you are gambling away bill money or borrowing to gamble, then it is time to think about your decisions. But otherwise I guess it is fine.

In my perspective gambling should be considered as a sickness. It is a sickness when it becomes an addiction. Addiction is considered an illness in medical world. Even if it is not considered sickness, in my opinion I will still label as that. So when you have problem on gambling like addiction better to cure it as soon as possible seek for an adviser to help you. It is really hard if the disease spread on your mind if that will happen it can't be cured. You will always thinking about gambling everyday on your life, that is though action if you will continue to gamble.

addiction happens when you have no real goals in life and your only source of income comes through gambling . if you are good enough to get a good real job then you wont be having any problem with gambling,never plan on becoming rich through gambling,only a very few could win lotteries like that.

Definitely it's needed because an addicted gamblers needs help to cure the disease, as early as possible this gambling problem should be treated immediately to it will not aggravate and will result to losing your family which in my case I could not imagine happening to me.

I could not agree more with you mate.. Gambling is not really a sure and easiest way to profit and do it for a living especially you are just starting to gamble. The reason is that casino have house edge advantage, period. Unless you are professional enough to gambling thing and you know how to do calculated betting sessions.

There's profit in gambling only if you choose to invest but if you will play it, it's either you will lose all your money or win big. It's hard to beat the house when they have the edge and it's hard to be serious in gambling when we do not have the right bankroll needed.

No matter how much bankroll you have, you'll end up losing if you're greedy. many of us lose because of our greediness to make more money.

I don't think gambling is a sickness, who plays it is sick, maybe. It's the same when people blame guns for kills and violence. It's just an inanimated item, it can do nothing by itself. i think gambling is not same as sick and as mrcash02 said, gambling without limits is really sickness for people that don't know their limits of funds. they only play gambling for the whole day and not doing other activity and its should be a sick person but the gambling itself is not a sickness. i think if we can enjoy when we play gambling and we can get entertain with gambling, then its fine for us to play gambling.

every activity that can harm your health or can give your mental tarcher, or cause your loosing money can be consider as sickness, so if you are playing gambling in such a way that you can lose your whole money then it can be consider as illness, to me as i am playing gambling to a fixed limit and for this purpose i most bring the same amount with me in casino as i have no control on myself. so i am not considering gambling as sickness for me.
