anyone knows for sure how kyc works here ? their rules say everyone who deposits/withdraws more then 2000$ needs to kyc, but support told me thats not certain and they may or may not ask for kyc

You already got the answer from support so what kind of answer do you want to know , you need a more detailed explanation?
$2k is considered eligible for money laundering If your game activity is not suspected then it is possible that KYC will not be implemented
If you really want to avoid KYC then make deposits/withdrawals lower than that.

I don't know exactly how they work to do KYC because I've never done it, and gamdom has KYC levels from basic information lvl onwards up to lvl 3.
Maybe the support says that if your account is not abusing then it won't be asked for KYC then it says like that, but until now I have never more than $2000 in my account at gamdom.

Cancelling a bet should be available for sure, it would allow people to get out quicker. However, at the same time you should predict the possibilities yourself before you commit to a bet as well, if it looks like there is a chance you would lose more than you expected and would need to get out, then do not get in like that at all.

I personally wager with the amount I am willing lose, which means that if I lose back to back until I lose it all without ever having a win in between, I would be out quicker than I anticipated but I wouldn't want to stop, and I wouldn't be hurt financially neither. It is just how it is and we just need to accept that fact if we want to gamble.
But I once bet on Gamdom on the Sportsbook but I placed a bet as a result this couldn't be canceled even though this has been asked to support, so I forced to lose the bet because it wasn't my prediction. Of course I gave it up.

Money to bet and money for our needs must be distinguished, in order to manage it properly I know betting is risky but it must be true if you lose because this has become a consequence, like last night I lost a lot on sportsbooks, there is indeed annoyance but this will not disturb on my main finances.

We have mixed opinion about this one. Some bookies didn't have that option that's why even if you asked the support they can't cancel the bet and wouldn't that be  a good practice for us to be resposible bettors since one mistake can be a lose bet.

I think you ot it right, many seems to forget the meaning of the context, the word "gamble" you play to win or to loose, and the fact is that either of the two once a step has been initiated some are irreversible, once the bottom is pressed for play then your decision determines your fate to either winning or losing, while i see that most people that complain much are those missing out the opportunity of winning.

Gamdom is a nice gambling platform, although I have not played their games. But from my look of things at the surface it is nice and fair.

I've had of many user giving attestation to this and it will do good if you can also join by giving a try as well, i see gamdom as one of the easy to play gambling site for users satisfactory experience.

But the problem I am having with them is that, the site can not be open for most of the Android phones, like the phone I am using is ITEL P32 which can not open the site, so I used another person phone to sign up the site, and now no way to play the games, since the phone can't sign in.

I think this problem you encounter is a personal and  operational error which can be resulted in the inability of your phone to connect to a network, or your mobile phone needed and update and it may also resulted if your mobile lack internet connectivity (data), i will advise you try on another device.

Although I am only making a suggestion for them to include most of the Android phones in their IP. If only they need more players.
It most likely to be a problem with the browser you are using. I just checked out the site on my old android from 2015 which has most of the apps not updated but the site loads flawlessly on Firefox, chrome, opera and brave mobile browsers.

Also check out if using your country is not one of the jurisdictions blocked from using Gamdom.

I don't think device phone is the problem.

I think you should try suggested by @Marvelman, try with other browsers. Since, this problem only for the only reason could be because browser you are using. So tried instal different browser and try each of them one by one.

I can use Gamdom on my Android phone without any problems. Instead of trying on another phone, maybe you should try updating your browser or installing another one.

It will be a question of what really happened, every day gamdom twitter account always posts big wins of other players
So when someone win 4-5 BTC withdrawal cannot be processed? if for no reason of course the credibility of gamdom is being questioned
I'm not sure Gamdom has trouble paying 4-5 BTC they have funds it's just that the admin doesn't explain the problem.
I don't see this as a problem in anyway, though it involve a large amount of money but i think it has been addressed already and we need to understand that payment works base on the programing done on the system just to avoid an error that could cost alots, you can imagine playing on a local bet and you win big, they won't initiate your payment not until you make appearance, well that does not applies here i think but we just need to understand the system adhered to protocols set.
Withdrawal is not like a permanent, forever type of problem. It is just something that they had for a short period and that is the end of it. Hot wallet is a big problem or casinos, if they keep the hot wallet filled according to the richest gambler then they would have to constantly risk hundreds of thousands of dollars at any given moment. This means security risk and they would not be favoring that for sure.

I believe that current situation is a lot better, they know what they are doing and they will give you whatever you want, either very quickly if it is low amount, or a bit later if it is a lot of money but in the end you will always get your money.

I was a new player to your website and I see my bet is losing but I noticed that I cannot sell my ticket to cut my losses as early as possible. Have you considered adding that feature in sports and Esports betting in the future? For me I think it is a small feature but very useful to me, this is just a suggestion by the way.
I think you should check it first if you can cash it out. It is not available at Gamdom but could be better if they add but for me it is not that big deal if they don't have a cashout in tickets since it is more likely you will cashack 3-5% of your original bet? or lower.

So it's really simple, you either join a battle or you create one so others can join! Creator chooses a slot (from Celesta Gaming) then bet value and the number of spins, let's say 20 spins at $1 spin, so you need $20 to create a battle or to join one with this setup! More spins and the higher bet will make a battle more expensive of course!

The winner of the battle is a player who gets more money from a selected number of spins and he takes all winnings from the opponent! I just played a battle for $6, 10 spins at $0.6, here are the results:

PS: You can also open Slot Battles and check some replays, that can be helpful! Smiley
It is basically leveraging your own gambling. Meaning, you either win even bigger, or you lose even more possible times. So, you could have your bet, and your opponents bet be worth less than what you wagered total, which was 6 bucks in your case, and in return you got 2 bucks, which is less than what you wagered and still look like you "won".

Meaning, you and your opponents bets total needs to be higher than the wagered amount AND you need to wager more than your opponent for this to make sense. In the end, it's less chance to win something, but a bigger chance to win something bigger, and that is the type of thing that people like to do, and have fun.

PS: It would be a good idea to create a thread for Slot Battles and to play against each other and share results?! Maybe even too make some prize pool between us and to make it even more interesting?!
I have never played in slot battle so don't understand how it works yet, but can we choose an opponent? isn't the system that will determine who our opponents are in this slot battle? again because I has never played so really don't understand how it works.

I would like to ask about the PVP slots battle. Do we need to pay for the rolls of the slots aside from the bet or we only need to set a number of spin and its free? then the result will be either I win or my opponent? I am not familiar with this battle slots.
You can set it when you create a battle room you will pay for each spin based on the base bet this is an example https://imgur.com/XpBbZqO
Base bet $0.5 x 10 spins you will pay $5 it depends on the total spin you choose , unfortunately the available slot games are limited you cannot choose slot games from other providers such as Pragmatic Gamdom that determines the provider.

You can only choose Celata Gaming slots for battle, with a minimum $0.5 bet per spin, 1-50 spins! You pay for each spin, but you don't spin it, it's on auto! But you need to have a balance for the battle you want to create/join!
I won two battles! Celata Gaming Basketball Pro is the slot I played both times! I had the luck to hit a bonus round in both battles, +20 spins, so I won them both at a $20 stake, I didn't create battles I joined!
So it's not free, it's a battle, you fight for the opponent's money and win from spins! You need to have a balance that covers a battle, or you can't create or participate in one!
