As long as we are dealing the the traditional system of fiat things like this are inevitable believe it, on a norms we tend to have one or two issues while using the commercial banks and we got such been rectified after couple of days which is not applicable if the system in place in those betting were directly on crypto, because a Decentralized crypto does not seems to have challenges like this in processing their transactions else i will make a move by suggesting all betting companies should adopt a decentralized peer to peer transaction using cryptocurrency and end the fiat banking system in processing it transactions.

Fudder here will not be tolerated and I am a player of Gamdom though not with a big amount but I haven't encountered any problems in playing on it including the deposits and withdrawals though the user have a problem and reported it here which is not surprising since for some players it is a big amount. I am sure it will be fixed no matter what was that problem and it is also nice that someone discovered that problem so they can fix it already.

This is what I noticed with gamdom's onsite chat support.
They are pretty fast, and they will take care of your situation as soon as possible.
So with the current allegation thrown to this site, I read the convo between the player and VIP support.
I can say, they are really trying their best to solve their player's issues.
It is normal to encounter hiccups from time to time, but at least, they are trying to resolve things as soon as possible.
