Bitcointalk and some other users commit the criminal offense of defamation towards Game Protect since a long time!

Yes, since a long time bitcointalk.org committed the criminal offense of defamation with publicly stating this:

The crazy part is that believing is not knowing and not knowing confirms that Game Protect did not scam anyone!
Therefore some bitcointalk users not knowing / having proof that Game Protect scammed anyone is the best trust rating you can get, but instead bitcointalk warns about Game Protect even though I have the best trust rating you can get on bitcointalk.
Bitcontalk says it did not check the beliefs, but the way how they publish it and as they warn to deal with extreme caution makes threm liable for the criminal offense of defamation.

What is the difference between "is a scammer" and "displays some red flags"?
