Still waiting for anyone from GAW to reach out to me...

Still waiting to have my problem resolved. I've spoken with GAW amber as well with no results. GAW u must really need to hire more ppl if I can only get 1 response out of u every two weeks.

On this same matter I've gotten my fury's in the mail and I'm not paying the 15.99 that FedEx wants me to. I've order over three fury's seperatley from GAW and never had to pay this 15.99 fee before so they def screwed something up with this shipment.

To sum these up all I can say is wow GAW I'm very disappointed. You guys are pumping the market with amazing tech , leading the industry in working for your customers ROI.
What you need to do now is work on your customer service...

Oh they don't give a crap about you any more... It's all about the overpriced hashlets now.

Really is starting to seem that way... Over priced and I can't even sell them now.

What's up with the crazy price increase with those hashlets. Funny to about GAW not responding I've been hearing a lot of them being slow to respond to tickets

I am sincerely sorry for the lack of communication on our end. If there is anything I can to do make this better for you please let me know! We are currently expanding our Customer Service department to ensure faster and more efficient response times.

I just want to say thank you amber for your help on this ticket. With that being said I finally got my gift card. I started that ticket just around the end of august and I feel that for a simple problem like this to have taken that long should not be happening. I hope you guys are able to improve....

You have to be kidding me...  So I spent my refund which comes in the form of a gift card on 2 fury's.  They didn't pay enough postage so I have to pay the mail man $5.33 to make up the difference...  What in the hell is going on GAW???   Undecided

I have to post on this comment. I won't be ordering from GAW again. I opened a ticket asking for help with my missing package. The rep responds to me and says here is ur tracking #..... My question in the ticket was why this miner is over two weeks after me ordering it and still not here??? I feel set up my first order took 2 days for it to get to me... So after waiting I order another fury and this one arrived quickly... Than the original fury arrived yesterday with a bill from FedEx because they paid to expedite my order through customs 2 weeks is expedited not to mention how is this my fault !!!?? Please help GAW!

I have to post on this comment. I won't be ordering from GAW again. I opened a ticket asking for help with my missing package. The rep responds to me and says here is ur tracking #..... Busy or not responding to my trouble ticket and saying here is the tracking # that I allready have is no help at all... They should have helped with my problem instead they just "answered" my ticket and I'm still waiting for my real answer

Sounds a lot like my experience.  When everything goes right GAW is great but if something goes wrong then they want nothing to do with you and make you jump through hoops to get help.

Why even have a ticket system if the best place to get help is there personal forum?  Why is it that when something goes wrong you have to create an account on 2 more sites to get assistance?  Freshdesk and their forum...

Why not just integrate it ALL into the account you make with GAW in the first place?  Can't the site itself have a ticket system built in and a forum tab?  Would prob be easier for the customer AND the support employees.

I'm back!!! I took a chance on a Black Widow last Thursday from GAW,it was on sale for $179+ shipping.Fedex tracking said delivery on weds the 20th,now N/A for delivery................. Roll Eyes

I got my Zentroller Rpi,but no miner yet  Roll Eyes

Come on Amber work your magic Lady!!!!!!!!!!!!  Grin

Ok guys... One month later, over 10 emails, 3 tickets, and going public with a BCT account with a little rep and being viewed 1700 times I have finally been compensated in full.  Thank you Amber. 

I was asked to remove my post about your customer service manager being useless because that was mean.  Is it really mean when it's the truth?  I've worked in customer service most my adult life and if I had ever taken a MONTH to take care of an issue I was supposed to be qualified to take care of, I would expect to not have that job any more.  Your manager might not be useless as a person but as a customer service MANAGER I believe she is.

I'm not trying to be a Troll.  Just bring to light that your customer service department needs work if you plan to be a big player in this mining hardware game.  There are enough BFLs out there with shit CS, I expect more from GAW.

I wasn't making outrageous claims or asking for something I didn't deserve, simple reimbursement for my late hardware per the description in the listing on your site and reimbursement for not receiving the shipping I paid extra for.

Amber, your cool, but you very well might be the only one there worth the money your being paid.
