I wish this was the case.....I already told this user I wold provide a link to the software, well before any of the post they were making. I just did not have a date at that time. Rather then waiting for it, they posted over 20 post about exact same question, as if I never said anything about it. Even though they confirmed they saw it.
Additionally, I have offered multiple times to refund the purchase.
There is always one such customers for every product - this has been going on since the first days of BBSes. Back in the heyday of e-mail forums, my favorite TV producer, JMS (of Babylon 5 fame) was online about 4 hours a day answering fan e-mail. At least he was the first couple of years. Claimed the fans helped keep him honest, and made him think harder about everything he wanted to do in the show. By year 4, he had pretty much disappeared, with apologies to his support base, but a few ruined it him.
As a coin developer, I have the same problem. Lots of great customers, and one minor, ah, miner, that will bitch up a storm on Twitter, all the time saying he would like to go private (with him having my personal e-mail), about things that have gone wrong... things that I had written to him about and asked him to change.
*sigh*
Such is the world we live in.
