If you think about it, it seems a little crazy that you have to change to new hardware every two months. Seems like there should be a way to just upgrade what you already have. Someone needs to make a better way

I cancelled an order this week outstanding with someone else for a bitcoin box in the hope that this would be something special and the money is burning a hole in my pocket, so I hope it's not a long wait. Time is money in this game, but based on service and approach so far, I'll risk that return for working with a good company

I wonder if GAW will have something similar. Would be pretty sweet if we got an added bonus on our Gen A mine orders with some cloud hashing like the zeus promo!

Yes, I can see rust on mine, missing screws and odd mismatched replacement screws. These were run in a very corrosive environment.
This isn't just about dusty pods volder it's about trust. Do you trust the company to not sell used equipment as new and if a mistake happened will they make it right with even a small gesture of goodwill.
Yes, trust if very important. I trust that Josh will address this issue and take care of every customer involved. He has a proven track record of doing so. Mistake or not, he will take care of you. I know he will. Unfortunately, this is how Gridseed is sending these to us (never stops with these guys). And we are just learning about this. Normally, stock comes in, gets relabeled and goes back out.

I'll take you up on your offer of help Josh - thanks for wanting to get involved. I sent you an email late last night. Just credit what you think is fair compensation for receiving used miners when expecting new miners and that will resolve the issue for me. The support request is # 10134. I have a store credit on my account for the Generation A pre-order price drop but that has nothing to do with receiving used Gridseeds issue.

Also I am very pleased with Gawminer's service and products as they are professional and committed to their customers. Their hosting service, while started with a few hiccups has definitely gotten better over time and is now a fairly stable service. I have yet to be aware of another company that gives me the same sense of satisfaction with their product.

Btw, support has been incredible. I have 10 Gridseeds from GAW and did go for the T1 case (it's a work of ART). A few issues with screws, nuts, standoffs, etc. but GAW got me fixed up pretty fast. Only problem is I don't want to take down the miners to get it all installed into the case "rack" thing. They are making lots of coin at the moment and a few $ here and there do add up.
...also waiting on two more matching USB cables (yes, just a little OCD!)... But none of my GS have been used that I can tell. They mine perfectly and with Minera (autotuning) I'm getting an average of 907Mhz and 3.821Mh/s and I couldn't be happier! So maybe GAW stands for "Great At Winning" the altcoin ASIC wars... just saying.

yeah I got one today it lite up like a christmas tree I sent it back for a replacement . it is possible a second one is no good. I will test it tomorrow.
I also got a blade today my first one from zoom hash. I found zoom hash before I found gaw miners and ordered about 3k in feb and march from them .. they gave me a good deal on one blade it came from china today and I just hooked it up.
seems to be good gear.
I am in NJ and once I found gaw miners up in Mass. I used them. The last few grid seeds have been sub standard. I mentioned it a few pages back in this thread. Getting tired of tweaking gear.

I wanted to comment, I see it posted as you will open up a 24 hour window to keep our batch 1 / week 1 and order in line placement. However some of us that had larger dollar amount orders might need a few days, for paypal to credit back credit card, and credit to be applied, to be able to reorder directly on the credit card again.
