LOL @ "Some say". As if it's only a theory that HT is heavily censored.

I don't think anyone will touch XPY in future since
there has been no straight answer to the following
question...   And it was a simple question...

> So if ht is going away the threat of ban is inconsequential. I'll ask then
> In the spirit of transparency, what became of the CAF ?

Nope, Josh Garza has nothing to do with Mineral/Mineraltalk anymore, he just gave Phil the code for his exchange out of the goodness of his own heart with no strings attached, nothing to see here!

I doubt we will see him again now that coinfire have made that offer.

I would honestly trust a statement from Coinfire in regards to Garza's involvement with Mineral...

I know said statement would be backed up with proof either way...

End of the day - the project is a few days old, getting attacked as we are now is out of order - I know you have your personal vendetta against Garza so take it up on him and not me. If any of you want to talk to me let me know, or come visit me in Australia instead of bashing a guy without any real evidence.

I would suggest that you do an interview with Mike Johnson of coinfire.io; if he is willing to do it.

We are.

There ya go...and you can expect Mike to be fair. Brutally honest but fair!

Guys, we should go easy on Phil. He's having financial hardships, can't even pay off his BTCJam loans.

The Scamcoats are coming!
Josh announcing the project relating to his Mineral avatar, saying he is still working on approvals. But, you know the Mineral avatar means he is totally not involved. This is ~two days before Mineral launch:

Yes and then you call me aggressive and arrogant. The saddest thing I am not working with him.

Then how come about a month ago he changed his avatar from a phoenix to minerals and started boasting that no one could guess HIS new project.  Or are you going to keep pretending you don't see me asking this.
i dont think anyone seen you ask that question. maybe you need bigger text?? Wink

Already said it 1000 times - He knew about our project because of Coin-Swap code.

So he decided to change his avatar and start using the phrase my project because of the coin swap code?  Seems me may have felt a bigger connection going as far as to change his avatar to minerals.  Your answer doesn't make sense.

Who purchased the mineral.com domain name?

Why didn't you post a denial IMMEDIATELY after Mr.Garza announced your exchange and your forum as successors to Paybase and Hashtalk respectively?

if there's no connection between mineral.com and Josh&Co why do they accept XPY and why is it getting so much free advertising here Smiley
and why did Josh change the avatar from the phoenix to minerals?  no connection there?

The project was first announced as a pre-announcement picture which therefore leads one to believe that Mr. Garza was involved in this new few days old project before it became a few days old project...

Because of this, you are associated with him and his currently and massively (in my opinion) failing company/coin.

Either deal with it or prove beyond a reasonable (and by reasonable I mean deemed reasonable by a non-hashtalk member) doubt that Mr. Garza is not in any way associated with your exchange.

Dude the only reason he knew about it was because we received the Coin-Swap code and agreed to host PayCoin on there to help the community as we were part of it and his PayBase was shutting down.

"Dude"...

It doesn't matter.  Mr. Garza's name outside of hashtalk/paycoin/etc is considered less than honorable.  When you are associated with someone like that, in any way, you get that "stench" on you and/or your company.

The only way to remove it is to take a very open and very thorough "bath".

Until your project is proven beyond a reasonable (again, reasonable according to a non-hashtalk member) doubt to not be associated with Mr. Garza, you are guilty until proven innocent.  You took a very valuable asset (Coin-Swap) in exchange for only listing XPY?  Really?  That's the only condition?

Own it or fix it.

Yes this is the only condition. We took the code and improved it heaps, i am trying to fix it this is why i am here. I am not asking for your blessing, time will tell just these attacks are a bit out of order.

You are willfully helping Garza prolong his scam but that makes you an accomplice. Why are you doing this to yourself, especially at this late stage? How myopic can one be to help Garza now!

Dude why don't you ask Cryptsy the same question?
I am invested into PayCoin and I want it to succeed, if I can help by offering services to it then I will add it? PayCoin is now ran by the foundation and I seen that they are doing an update to the wallets on github so it is not dead yet, if it dies then fair enough, it will be removed from our services just like any other coin.
Cryptsy is an exchange, not affiliated with Garza. You are trying to be an exchange, that is affiliated with Garza. If law enforcements reveal that Garza funded you, e.g. by buying the domain name, that isn't gonna be good for you. I will ask this again - why are you doing this to yourself?

Because I am not affiliated with Garza.
You guys already called my work, why dont you ask them how much i earn too.

LOL somebody already called your work??!! See that alone should give you insight on why not to work with Garza in any way.

Yes and then you call me aggressive and arrogant. The saddest thing I am not working with him.
There is no way in hell anyone is buying that Garza/gaw (or whatever pseudonym garza is using) is not affiliated. I am sure that is the key to what your saying garza gaw is not affiliated but in reality there is a affiliation masked by one of his assumed businesses or made up entities.
