Yes you are quoting our homepage, so now we cannot do any marketing strategy at all?
In most places, it is not legal to lie in marketing.

Agreed, updated. No serious affects, no personal losses etc. Our volume is small, we will get there.
At this point why dont you tell us what wasnt a lie or misrepresentation. The whole thing is a sham. Like I said earlier I would just shut it down and start over.

Its misrepresentation, fixed. Insurance not ready, so we wont lie.
We haven't even started so we cant shut down and start fresh.
That seems like the perfect time to restart before you get to vested. I feel bad for you if you truly are not affiliated with GAW but the proof shows a lot of ties already and GAW is a disease. Why would you want to further this with his taint hanging over you already. I would imagine trying to get a exchange up and running is hard enough without that.

Mineral is located in HK (currently XPY Limited HK, name change has been confirmed btw) for obvious reasons. Our dev and support team will be located in the UK for the stated reasons that you just posted.

Again, who can I call to make sure you're fully insured like you claim?

Dont quite follow you? Your coins are secured by Mineral International Limited. We will soon be releasing how our secured offline wallets are setup.

Simple question...what company is insuring the coins???

Edit: saw that insurance isn't ready yet. If these people didn't point that out, would you have changed it? Or just let the XPY victims think it is place cause you are using it as a selling point?

You have talked yourself in circles the last few pages. There is no chance I would use or recommend your service based on the run around you just did.

Mineral customer coins are secured on our cold-storage wallets and our Vault will provide insurance.

Just like that the home page has changed.

SAY

CAN YOU DO THE FOLLOWING TRICK AS WELL ? ? ? ?

Gobble up the coins that are being traded now,.,..,.,., then slap BETA on the home page immediately after and then apologize profusely to the customers and say something went terribly wrong and they are all gone...

Then don't market in the US. There are terms that have specific meanings and you can't just throw them out as marketing speak. Insurance is one of them. If you claim to be insured in your marketing material, you'd better be able to provide a policy, name, and contact info for some sort of underwriter who provides insurance. Such things in the US are enforced at the federal level by the FTC and in each state, probably by the Attorney General's office.

Mineral customer coins are insured and stored on offline servers that are never connected to the Internet.

Which company can I call to make sure your customers coins are insured?

It's a pretty simple question.

Yes seems a pretty simple question.  You can not insure yourself.  The whole purpose of insurance is that if something were to happen to your business that there is an outside entity that would payback what was owed to the customers.   You cant just say its insured, and that we have a secure system. Thats not how insurance works.

Also waht are the Insurance limitations?

If I deposit 1000 BTC are all 1000 insured or do you only insure up to x amount?

Can you provide potential customers with some more details in what is and is not covered?

Are my coins insured in the case of  system failure, theft, company bankruptcy?  Who do we file a claim with to collect on this insurance in case something happens?

Thanks for some serious questions at last. As previously posted, we have updated the homepage to suit BTCTalk people's needs. Insurance is not quite there yet and will be available on the Vault and insurance company name will be provided.

Oh so SOON yeah we heard that one before.  Tear him apart boys.

P.S. As you have realised there is not much volume at all, so its not hurting anyone with anything, and we expect this to stay
like this until we release new stuff which we will, oh and it won't be anything to do with stealing people's money.

Well that would be a nice change

My dictionary has insured and secured listed as two different words with completely different meanings. Not that I would in a million years think that the scam operation "Mineral" that you (obvious shameless liar) and Garza (pathological liar and slimy heartless con-man) have going is even remotely "secure". Leaving my wallet on the hood of my car when I go into a store would be more secure than putting funds into the scam exchange you are running for your scammer pal H. Joshua Garza.

Are you going to answer the question or not? Exactly HOW and with WHOM are the deposits on Mineral INSURED?

How am I taking anyone's money? Providing a service is now taking money?

Last time I checked your exchange is off-chain. It holds customers' deposits, i.e. private keys to the wallets. Am I missing something here?

I would find it much easier to suspend my disbelief if you weren't such an arrogant asshole with anyone who dares to question you and didn't have all those BS claims on your website. Believe it or not, that is a big part of honesty and transparency too.

Yes you are quoting our homepage, so now we cannot do any marketing strategy at all? I mean yes we screwed up on some things like the forum etc. I even updated you the insured part since we are not ready to release that.

I am not as bad as you think, but you come at me like this is unacceptable and I will protect my name any day of the week because I have nothing to hide.

What Huh??

Flat out lying by such extremes is marketing strategy ? Good lord, not even my dogs would want to sniff this turd.

And you still cant understand why we are all laughing at this train wreck ?

Hi,

Can you tell me what your DPA Registration Number is?  I cant seem to find it.   Also are you aware that the UK KYC and AML are very tight and even though your supporting people out of the UK (which makes no sense as all cheap labour comes from other countries), as they have access to your customers financial data you will also need to register with the OFT, to remain compliant within the law.
