Mineral is located in HK (currently XPY Limited HK, name change has been confirmed btw) for obvious reasons. Our dev and support team will be located in the UK for the stated reasons that you just posted.

Again, who can I call to make sure you're fully insured like you claim?

Dont quite follow you? Your coins are secured by Mineral International Limited. We will soon be releasing how our secured offline wallets are setup.

Mineral customer coins are insured and stored on offline servers that are never connected to the Internet.

Which company can I call to make sure your customers coins are insured?

It's a pretty simple question.

Yes seems a pretty simple question.  You can not insure yourself.  The whole purpose of insurance is that if something were to happen to your business that there is an outside entity that would payback what was owed to the customers.   You cant just say its insured, and that we have a secure system. Thats not how insurance works.

Also waht are the Insurance limitations?

If I deposit 1000 BTC are all 1000 insured or do you only insure up to x amount?

Can you provide potential customers with some more details in what is and is not covered?

Are my coins insured in the case of  system failure, theft, company bankruptcy?  Who do we file a claim with to collect on this insurance in case something happens?

It seems their not as bright to look up to see that HK was indeed registered first and the UK company is just for the office in the UK.

1. Hong Kong is XPY Limited
2. UK is Mineral International Limited

Web site is trading under the UK registered name.

The UK company that is just for the office in the UK is called Mineral International Limited, the name under which the exchange is trading. What does "just" mean in this instance?

It means we're set up the UK company and will use it for our development and support team that we're building, while the HK company will hold all the company's assets.

Oh, okay. That sounds entirely legitimate and not at all shady.

Open your eyes and look at just how Google is setup as an example...

LOL, did you just compare your shitstain of an exchange with $350 in volume yesterday to Google??

CryptoTalk.Org - Get Paid for every Post!
End of the day - the project is a few days old, getting attacked as we are now is out of order - I know you have your personal vendetta against Garza so take it up on him and not me. If any of you want to talk to me let me know, or come visit me in Australia instead of bashing a guy without any real evidence.

This here is not about a "personal vendetta against Garza", but about revealing and ending the GAW/Paycoin scam, the largest scam in cryptocurrency. Websites that support paycoin are part of the scam.

The project was first announced as a pre-announcement picture which therefore leads one to believe that Mr. Garza was involved in this new few days old project before it became a few days old project...

Because of this, you are associated with him and his currently and massively (in my opinion) failing company/coin.

Either deal with it or prove beyond a reasonable (and by reasonable I mean deemed reasonable by a non-hashtalk member) doubt that Mr. Garza is not in any way associated with your exchange.

Dude the only reason he knew about it was because we received the Coin-Swap code and agreed to host PayCoin on there to help the community as we were part of it and his PayBase was shutting down.

You are representing a serious exchange and use the word dude ? Thats all I have to know about the exchange

XPY Limited in HK was registered from day one, UK came later. Check the registration dates, changing names = changing vision and moving onto bigger things.

Mr. Funktrust

You lied within your first few post on here when you didnt know about [email protected] and it was shown in here that josh@mineralcom exist and is linked to geniusatwork.

You are either deliberately retarded or you thought the bitcointalk forum members are as gullable as the hashtards.

So in short I have no doubt you will run mineral.com the same as paycoin.com into the ground while having a thorough circlejerk with Josh Garza.

How am I taking anyone's money? Providing a service is now taking money?

Last time I checked your exchange is off-chain. It holds customers' deposits, i.e. private keys to the wallets. Am I missing something here?

I would find it much easier to suspend my disbelief if you weren't such an arrogant asshole with anyone who dares to question you and didn't have all those BS claims on your website. Believe it or not, that is a big part of honesty and transparency too.

"Dude"...

It doesn't matter.  Mr. Garza's name outside of hashtalk/paycoin/etc is considered less than honorable.  When you are associated with someone like that, in any way, you get that "stench" on you and/or your company.

The only way to remove it is to take a very open and very thorough "bath".

Until your project is proven beyond a reasonable (again, reasonable according to a non-hashtalk member) doubt to not be associated with Mr. Garza, you are guilty until proven innocent.  You took a very valuable asset (Coin-Swap) in exchange for only listing XPY?  Really?  That's the only condition?

Own it or fix it.

Yes this is the only condition. We took the code and improved it heaps, i am trying to fix it this is why i am here. I am not asking for your blessing, time will tell just these attacks are a bit out of order.

Improved it HOW? CoinSwap was actually a pretty nice little exchange that functioned very well, until Josh got ahold of it and let some monkeys tear it apart. Why is it that you can toss $75,000 on some random bullshit domain name, but don't have a dime to spend on someone to make either the exchange or even the effing forum work right?

You have confirmed these "attacks".

So Mineral plans on being an exchange connected somehow to the UK?
This will be interesting as I am currently working closely with a leading legal (crypto specialists) company as my business is in similar fields and as such we have had to tread very carefully with licensing and what we can and can't do within legal/license parameters when handling, buying and selling BTC and digital currency.

We are also working with a few exchanges/processors so have a clear understanding of whats required to make this all work.

KYC and AML being the most obvious ball-aches and something that for some reason gets mentioned so rarely here by people who are planning to take over the world with their grand visions. Now, remotely operating a business of this nature? Good luck, you may need it. The regulatory requirements alone will have you jumping through hoops. And don't try to launch a service without the right paperwork, cardinal sin and worthy of a real ass kicking from the law...
