The Scamcoats are coming!
Well guys. I am here for my lashings. I am an idiot that rode this to the ground. I stopped coming here because I couldnt defned it. My gut told me to sell. But I just wanted to believe that someone that has his family posted every where would not screw people over like this. There are too many crazy's out there.

When you can't see through the clouds you have to fly on instruments I guess.

And if the data being fed through your instruments is false you will end up in the wrong location, like in a river or cornfield or plastered on the side of a mountain. Glad to see you are again flying on VFR.

Unfuckingbeliveable that the owner of an exchange would react like this. STAY AWAY. This is tainted with the stench of GAW.

Cut him some slack, he probably has the domain in escrow - that's why WHOIS is hidden. You think some ex-network-admin from Australia just plopped 75 grand for a domain name?  Grin

Oh yeah, "Network Security Specialist" with Telstra, let's launch an exchange+forum with "secure APIs" and no SSL.

I'm even more certain now that my investment is utterly safe in Mineral.

Well they removed the cloak but it is a corporate name and no real names associated with it. Still smoke and mirrors and still no proof that it is not tainted with GAWSCUM!

How much did your lesson cost?

Let's see. Pride, interest in Crypto and I would have to go add everything up and take out when I was actually paid with the hashlets. But it will be close to $8k. I had the sell order in there the day after the $20 fell. It would have been $33k+. I just didn’t want to believe he would lie so much. I had so many times when I said I was done with his BS. Then the gambler attitude took over and said it will come back. It was going to buy a Race Car so I was more focused on the price I wanted than getting the best price I could get.

I am just glad I didn’t go crazy like some that say they are losing their houses or are on the brink of financial ruin. Also glad that I didn’t get anyone else involved because my gut said it was a little too good to be true. I believed in the coin. It strongly resembled what I wanted to do with Envy Coin. He screwed me on that and I should have learnt my lesson.

That's like 4 months of Ferrari lease payments.

I won't be shitting on you. Seems like you have been shit on enough. Do due diligence. Rule number 1. Never invest in pre-mined or flash-mined coins.

Many of us followed that path until we realized what we had done wrong and sold off what we could.
Some are still stuck with Cashtakers and coins we cannot get out of Zen yet and might not before its too late.
Hopefully you did not loose too much?

I just hate that it took me this long. I guess I was out a few times because i was fed up. But went back. So I hope that this time I stay away.

I am calling bullshit on anything Mineral. I tried posting a very legitimate response and you see what happens:

LOL on the Dick Tator screen name. Many years ago I was at a Halloween party, and this one guy's costume was  tights with two roundish Chile Peppers and an oblong potato strapped in place for his junk. When people would ask WTF are you supposed to be he would say "I'm Augusto Pinochet". Response would generally be "WTF? I don't get it." And he would then reply, "What are you, Blind? I'm a Chilean Dictator!"

@ KingColex: Just wait until one of these brainiacs puts two and two together and figures out that this means that if you have two bank accounts with zero balance, you can write a $100,000,000 check from one and deposit it in the other, and then repeat with the other account. If it works for Homero it must be legit, right?

Just noticed that http://mineraltalk.org/ requires a mineral.com (the fastest growing exchange) account to log in. I bet someone came up with this brilliant idea to drive the user count up but forgot to talk to anyone who gives a shit about security. What could possibly go wrong with that Roll Eyes

Oh shit, they don't even have SSL  Shocked

SHORTLY (TM)

Oh wow, I don't think this kind of ignorance would still be brewing over there but I guess they needed somewhere to spew it.

Some of the stuff they say is so fundamentally Huh?  They're either a bunch of 14yos... or absolute masters at Poe's Law in the midst of a live performance that has nearly Pulitzer level writing.

I missed this. Phew, this pretty much sums up the sophistication of the XPY holders and remaining clan....

Mineral.com To PayCoin.com In 60 Seconds?

That's right. That's how long it just took to transfer 1 XPY to my PayCoin.com account from Mineral.com And Mineral.com is located in Hong Kong, and PayCoin.com is located where?

That's right dear, obviously it caught a direct flight, no pesky layovers and delays.  Roll Eyes

Jesus H Christ.

HEHEHE... when I read that, the first thing that went through my mind was 'wait till they find out that people can also make phone calls between hong kong and the other side of the globe in only LESS than a second!'  My bitcoin show up in my wallets in a few seconds... it's the confirmations that take time, but then again... if you're holding paycoin, you're probably not too much into confirmations anyway.
