If Homero didn't have the financial backing of Uncle Stu this would be over with in a jiffy. Instead they are going to try to bleed dry every dime they can get from Uncle Stu. They know he won't run out of money. In the meantime people will forget and the punishment will be less if there is even a punishment.

I still think you should travel and videotape the hearings if they allow it.
Possibly an agreement could be made not to release the tapes until a certain time.
Most likely until sentencing has passed. Whether it be monetary or other.

If you do end up there, try not to laugh when they read out the expense report for the damaged home.
I can imagine that type evidence coming up because they ran servers/mined out their homes.

I hope you find resolution with whichever you do

I wonder when that would be? I'm guessing the public is welcome at these hearings? If I was allowed to videotape or record that would be even better.
