Ah this now kind of makes sense. Completely forgot about the original Class Action purpose of it all. So that legal wrangling about the default judgement which looked like bullshit, is related to the whole Class Action aspect.

Either they got something up their sleeves or this is nothing more than a delay/distraction from answering Uncle Stu. Hardly a delay at all it seems. Plus teeth the new lawyer. Maybe Homero has them convinced Uncle Stu's tied into those companies some how.
