How much would you wager that their account was not hacked and it was just an excuse to dump some Coins? If they had in fact been hacked then where are the TXid's for the missing funds? If it was a hack then they should be able to give an EXACT amount of the Coins that were stolen along with TXid's for the Coins in question. If they can't bother to provide that information then we must assume it's false information based on past performance.

Secondly, does anybody have a clue which country Garza is in yet?  He is the one I want to see brought down, yet nobody even knows which country he is in.

If I remember correctly Homero was betting on that other mega-loser Brock Huxtable from Flower Technology. The quoted specs. a the time were inline with what that charlatan was offering customized. Then they had a falling out and Homero honed in an Alchemy Tech something or other out of Taiwan. Same / similar specs. They ultimately came through but way past expected time lines.  All duds. Everything Homero touches to shit. Lucky? Or pity he didn't get roped in with Alpha  Wink

Anyway its clear to me Homero is in a panicked state right now, his mush for brains are running at a mile a minute excreting this myriad of bizarre ideas every two seconds on his forum as he can muster.  I think in RL this would be akin to him blinking and muttering constantly 24/7 as he is in a daze. And I don't blame him.

Hell is about to be unleashed and I would put money down he will be arrested sooner rather than later.  Everything, and I mean everything, the nucleus of his little fiefdom is right now being backed up and copied to disk. EVERYTHING from day one. All email accounts, every single email he has sent and received. Every single one of them on multiple domains and email addresses. Every joke, every whisper of love to his wife, every photo, every scheme, every plot, every hare brain idea he has ever come up with is going to be scrutinized, cataloged and archived for eternity.  I cannot fathom the anxiety and concern related to this monster machine of the .gov combing through every communication one has ever had. Most people feel violated if someone to swear at them on a simple internet forum, some people feel it is the greatest violation if they get phished or hacked. Just imagine a government entity swooping in and opening up and reading every single email you have ever written and received. WOW. And there is nothing he can do about it and did not even know about it.

The mere dozen or so leaked emails we got to see, the trickery and lies even in those few, will be representative of the terabytes upon terabytes of pure unadulterated bullshit the FEDs are currently combing through. There will be no escape, no cute little smilies at the end of his posts, no blathering threats of releasing the kraken and opening his war chest and sic'ing the finest law firms in the world on them....nothing is going to stop this steam roller aimed directly at one Homero Graza. Nothing.

All that have ever communicated with him will be under the microscope too.'' B B Buuut I was just an employee doing what I was told''... simply won't work. The truth lies in the chain of the emails as it does in the blockchain. No the FEDs are not doing this to drive the price of paycoin down so that they can scoop it up at a cheap rate YOU INCREDIBLY DUMB FUCKING NUMBSKULLS.  The are coming for all you you, yes you!

Let the countdown begin, the rishabH's the Huey's, Dorman's, all will be analyzed by the brightest minds around and then....SOON...there will be that dreaded knock on the door.

Have fun kids.

Moral of the story: don't tell lies.

Well what with this being heralded as a 'bold move' for Homero, there is also the small issue of whether there was even an attempt to build this machine. Because, if there was not, then that would be evidence of intention-to-defraud.

GAW have no production facilities or even designs for scrypt-ASIC chips, never have as far as I know. Which would make the announcement one-upmanship game he played against KnC last year, including encouraging KnC customers to ditch their Titan orders for this 'Vaultbreaker' a pretty blatantly illegal act.

I think someone should make a full detailed list of every single thing that can be counted as fraud along with evidence and people that can be contacted and subpoenaed. I think there are many people who have knowingly gone along with the scams because they were paid, realized they were getting too far in and left only to be replaced with new people to lead the herd. I'm sure there are a few people that may have been in on it from early on that would sing like a bird, probably amber and eric who seemed to be in pretty deep last year.

I think just the illegal charges on peoples credit cards without their approval would be enough to file a lawsuit and get the ball rolling. How much did the inner circle profit off it all? My guess is in the neighborhood of 10-20 million but once this finally does blow wide open you'll see that it could easily have been tens of thousands of people that were affected and took losses, most of which would remain silent unless they are given the chance to speak up.

In a bold move, CEO Josh Garza of GAW Miners made a public guarantee that his company will ship their flagship scryptminer, The Vaultbreaker, before the company's last remaining competitor, Knc, will ship their Titan. “For too long, ASIC companies have taken advantage of their customers” said Josh Garza. “I want to fight for the individual miners who want the best chance to ROI”. Both companies began taking pre-orders earlier this year.

Despite the Vaultbreaker’s lower cost over the Titan, it boasts considerably more powerful stats, including nearly double the hashrate, at 750MH/s vs the Titan’s 400MH/s figure. With batch 1 orders $1,000 less expensive and nearly double the hashrate, the LitecoinNews.org reported that the Titan’s only chance was to ship earlier than the Vaultbreaker to make-up for it’s deficit in power and price.

Recently, GAW Miners has been asking KNC’s Titan customers to fight for a refund and replace their purchase with a Vaultbreaker. And more recently, a GAW Miners Vaultbreaker customers have been seen taunting the rival in hashtalk.org with praise and YouTube videos.

KnC might be late-delivering cancellation-refusing assholes, which they are, but I do know that they did actually create the Titan in the end.

What happened with the Vaultbreaker?

According to http://www.bringbackroi.com/ they were all good to go . . .somewhere . . .

"there will always be people complaining about withdraws. Last week some could, some couldn't not. Depends on the amount, history of the user and other factors," Garza wrote in an email.

Right so now we've moved on to the "We woz haxxored!111!!" phase of the scam, whereas previously it was a 'technical issue' which he actually admitted was instead simply them picking and choosing who could withdraw based on the amount and the user's history, as in how well they behaved?

Damn, if only we'd all just kept quiet about this ponzi+matrix scheme then Homero wouldn't have to be instigating ways to lock the faithful's funds while he and his cronies dump theirs, XPY would be sippin' Carlsberg on the moon right now. We're so evil.

Wow, I just went through some of the old asic miners thread to get a better idea of all this nonsense.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=537912.940

I read through maybe 20 pages and found most miners were shipped late with lots of problems like lost orders and all negative posts deleted from their forum along with fake tracking numbers, bribing DHL drivers, UI mining constantly giving false information (miners not hashing, fake GH mining and ROI based on potential rather than actual), illegally charging credit cards, selling broken hardware, paid shills and the list goes on.

I think most of the people that did get scammed wouldn't take the time to try and fight and just write it off as a loss, probably millions of dollars of investor loses even before they launched PayCoin and then we have the exact same thing! All negative posts being deleted, people can't get their money back and forced to hold on to a loss, more "problems" and putting the blame on others, more pay per post and promises that don't materialize.

And then they say that it's all the trolls fault and the cult believes it and keep on buying meanwhile they are holding on to customers funds to keep them hanging on for one more day and one more day after that.

10 months ago they were having the exact same problems they are having now, the SEC really needs to get their ass in gear and clamp down on this shit.

Coinstand and the way it is being presented by GAW through chosen "invitations" is what is commonly referred to as a "Pyramid Scheme". Specifically, a Matrix type of Pyramid Scheme, and is illegal, just like pretty much every other scheme presented by the GAW gang of crooks. Pyramid Scheme from Wikipedia.

I've never heard of a matrix scheme, but holy Paycoin, if that's not hitting the nail on the head.

To insinuate that people calling out fraudulent activity is cannibalism makes me sick to my stomach. To make it even worse, this post really downplays honest people who make a difference in crypto's building infrastructure and bringing adoption. Frankly, it pisses me off because it hits me on a personal level.

But I did notice something, whoever is behind the account now (if not shared, because I think it is) is the same person that wrote the response chickening out of our debate. Check out the language used.

Fantastic, this should get interesting. They do know that to attack people trolling is exactly the wrong thing to do right? I've been a part of forums and online games for years and I can tell you from experience that if they start making a ton of accounts here and start attacking people, it will only hurt themselves. All it would do is piss off more people and cause more drama and crash the price even more but hey don't take my word for it, it's not like I've been spot on about my assessments or anything...

So what was this thing about the hacking of the PayCoin forums? How much did they lose? was it a foundation wallet or individuals that were hacked?

Why is someone else posting on the MrCEO account?

Why are the PayBase withdrawals still suspended yet certain people have been allowed to withdraw Coins?

wallet.paycoin.com is an online wallet, which was touted to be the better alternative to Paybase et al. And completely separate from GAW. Damn hackers attacked it and dumped stolen coins on Cryptsy causing the price drop and necessitating MrCEO's pump later in the day. But it was only a "slight" breach and only "a very small number" of accounts were affected. If you're thinking "this doesn't add up" - I can't help you with that Smiley

https://hashtalk.org/topic/34947

Yeah, if it was breached then how come only a small portion was taken?

The first thing that comes to mind is that it wasn't a breach but an excuse to dump some Premine/Stake Coins and just say it was hackers that did it but I have no evidence to back up that claim. How would people be able to refute whether it was a hacker or not? They could easily login from somewhere else, just withdraw some Coins, dump them and claim it was a hacker. What was this about the Staking bug they said was as a result? I thought the Staking bug was just the Hyper-Inflation thing or is it more bugs beyond the Hyper-Inflation and the Blockchain download problems? I mean with all these Coins being dumped and the people they have, they should be able to come to the community and ask for assistance and pay some qualified developers, those few things are really about an hours work but I guess they are too busy thinking about how to fight the trolls rather than working on the stuff that would placate the negativity.

Just a little FYI, it's much better to have people who can do code work and provide constructive criticism rather than people that just say "great job!". If I were to estimate the value in the two types, I'd say someone that can help provide improvements are worth 100 Great Jobbers.

I think with the hacker thing, he moved into the "just fucking with people" stage of his master plan.

Of course, keeping the classic "ssshhhh" image in mind, he might have had that attitude all along.
