Oh wow, I was just catching up on this thread and got to the part where guys talked about guns.
Anyways, typical American argument, left wing douche doesn't understand firearms at all. Tries acting smart and calls a magazine a clip, and then says pistols are for killing other people and should be banned. Right wing guys quote 2nd Amendment, everyone else tells them to stfu. Both completely miss the point, thread gets diverted.
Anyways, I guess I'll chime in with my own gawsome experiences. Eric locked my zencloud account once because he thought i was a super hacker, then I was told to recreate it, then he deleted it again. This was because I bought a black widow hardware miner and my zencloud account populated like 50 of them, so I called right away to get it sorted out and they just deleted everything associated with me (after i paid).
Luckily, their support manager Amanda wouldn't let it go down like that and chased people down in the company until I was compensated. Then she called me back a week later just to apologize again. At this point I was pleasantly surprised at how they handled this, and started to e-mail Eric for a while until he quit. He was actually pretty decent, like most of the rank and file GAW staff.
I mined some XPY and dumped @ .045 while my good friend mined 11k with his primes and holds them to this day

Hey douchebag, I am neither left wing nor right wing nor anywhere in between. I just don't give a fuck about politics and can not be bothered. Why don't you brush up on your reading comprehension because it is that of a young child. NOWHERE did I say guns should be banned. That's something you added to make yourself feel good about your beliefs. You can show me as many articles as you want and any statistics you want to support your view and I can find just as many to support the opposite. You really thought I was making an attempt to act smart. I don't have to. I am. Guess what? No one gives a fuck what the difference is between a magazine and a clip besides some hardcore gun fanatics. Go lube up your weapon and have fun shooting at little paper targets because that is why all those handguns were made right? For an SEC investigation that doesn't exist the attorneys for Josh sure turned over a lot of stuff to the government as part of the subpoena process.
We are now in possession of those documents and have begun sorting through them.
Clarification needed: How are you a party to the chain of custody regarding the paperwork between the private law firm and the agencies involved? We are now in possession of those documents and have begun sorting through them.

TheMage... Just don't do it... Don't get involvet into this. There is no rescue on this point. Is your gaining so big to involve in this scam?
I honestly have nothing to gain other then helping people out that might have got hurt with this scam (which is you know, kind of what I do, which is help people).
But from the looks of it im not going to be doing much (I can assume they dont trust me, and I guess within good reason). So everyone can calm their horses, looks like im not going to be helping them.
If you say you have nothing to gain and just want to help people I belive you. You have your reputation to back this up.
On the other hand there is a saying: "If you want to help a men teach him how to fish, don't just give him a fish..."
My point is that everybody with a decent comon sence is out of PayCoin by now and the vast majority left are scamers (90% of them at least) so why would you want to help them?? Let's assume that 10% of them are honnest but trully bad investors and so blinded by Ganza and they still think that things will be ok and you want to help them. And let's assume you succed and they even turn a profit in the end. But if that's the case than they will loose those money for sure in the next scam because they really didn't learn anything from all this... so in the end you really didn't helped them... just the scammers, and even giving them the power participate in further scams or even start new ones.
I may be right or I may be wrong but this is how I see things.
Yes, I literally have zero to gain. I guess my main reasoning is not from trying to help XYP become stable or even help people make money, it's more along the lines of I sincerely believe a number of these folks that were swindled with this entire disgusting operation are first time crypto people. If there is a chance for having more people on our side then not (cryptos in general) I try to go for it.
HOWEVER......
Because I can not find any particular clear distinction between teamXYP, the paycoin foundation, GAW, and Mr Garza (if it wasn't obvious from my last post) im going to rescind my offer to help out. I would however be very interested to know if anyone has done the leg work to make these connections.

For an SEC investigation that doesn't exist the attorneys for Josh sure turned over a lot of stuff to the government as part of the subpoena process.
We are now in possession of those documents and have begun sorting through them.
