Technically - yes. Perhaps not on the amounts paid back to the victims (if there is ever going to be any kind of restitution), but I think he should owe taxes on the "hookers & blow" part. I hope the IRS starts looking into how Garza bragged about Paycoin "market cap" as if it was his own personal wallet.

I would like to know where all the $20 million went? It could have all been blown, but I seriously doubt it.
I was talking about the agreement that Homero had with Stuart to split everything 50/50. I wonder if that was truly enforced throughout the debacle? The wording was changed to "at least" 19 million. I wonder if that has any relevance? I'm thinking Homero either has a very sore booty hole or he paid his fair share. Maybe both lol!?
