Garza's supporters were saying that weeks ago about preliminary evidence gathering by the SEC.
"It's only evidence gathering, it doesn't mean there will be an investigation"
Now people are saying
"They have only begun an investigation, it doesn't mean Garza will be charged with anything"
When he is charged people will say
"They have charged him, but that doesn't mean he is guilty"
When he is found guilty they will say
"This has been a miscarriage of justice"
