Original trademark below, has anyone contacted Attorney Gloria Pinza?

She has some credentials, Managing Partner, EDUCATION Harvard Law School, J.D., cum laude, UCLA, B.A., summa cum laude.  "Gloria helps clients navigate through the increasingly complex convergence of technology and business, offering practical and strategic advice in the areas of trademark, copyright, internet law, licensing, software development, entertainment law and a full range of IP-related business transactions."

I'm sure she would be more than capable of handling this situation with Homero's lawyers.

Still do not understand how two computer companies can have the same trademark

The original since 1994 and Homero's application only since end 2014. How is it he is allowed to parade around like it is his trade mark?  Perhaps the original mark owner's lawyer is unaware? Surely they would fire of a cease and desist post haste if they knew?  This looks like the lawyer for the original company who filed theirs.

Homero is genuinely insane. What he is asking is, when I delete my posts, can I delete the posts that quoted my post as well.

Really is a sneaky around about way to rally the masses by suggesting he is in the know that some information in the newest article is false.

I know the voices in my head aren't real.
Josh is making a claim that he is "dealing with" Coin Fire once again.

Claims to have gone straight to the source.

Would said source be prepared to say whether this was true?

The source named during the theft of our domain WAS NOT the actual source.

We made that quite clear. If he asked the person named they likely would have zero information as it isn't even in the realm of work for them.

If he called the SEC they likely wouldn't give him any information either as the investigation is still pending and ongoing. They don't typically tell you before they come down on you Wink

I'm interested to see what he thinks he has.

josh is a f@cking idiot. he is actually asking people to call family lawyers to see if he has a case. where is that law firm at? would they approve of that?

The Scamcoats are coming!
Hey I made more than all your hashlets with one faucet  Grin

Josh probably has some monkey hitting up faucets to make hashlet payouts so he does not have to dip into the many thousand BTC bag he is gathering from dumping XPY every day.

Legal adds up hour after hour...after hour...

Scott-

Scott how powerful  is your radio equipment? I think a chat as follows might be in order.

I have had this btc calc. bookmarked for ages, was testing it the other day and for the first time ever, clicked on the homepage of it.

https://alloscomp.com/bitcoin/calculator

What are the odds of that? Check under Self-Employment . Check his intro at the top first though. Wonder what he would have to say.

I think some of that pallet of T-shirts Homero was peddling in Miami were to defray legal expenses:

Just wanted to give everyone an update that we haven't lost lawsuit.

Doesn't have anyone on staff to answer this my ass. He simply wants to plant the seed that sites citing "false reporting" will have to amend things. He knows the answer to this. He just wants to pretend he doesn't in an effort to make it seem an action is incoming.... which it isn't.

"We do not have anyone on staff that can answer this, so I figured I would see if anyone out there had this knowledge."

did they not say they had a team of lawyers? or at least a lawyer?

Let me get this straight. He would rather get opinions and recommendations from unknown Internet "lawyers" than ask his OWN lawyers for who they would recommend he should talk to? This makes sense in what universe?
