GAWCEO: If any attorneys, that deal with media law, see this pls PM me. TX

What happened to Gaw's legal team LOL

They are still around. He just wants to stir some shit up and imply something.

This is his normal slight of hand tactics.

Is he trying to make it seem like he is actually doing something other than banning people on hashtalk?

He wants it to seem as if they won a lawsuit against the "original source" for FUD that the MSM is now reporting.

The mainstream sources wouldn't have published these things if we didn't turn over under lock and key a pretty hefty level of proof to them with certified statements, signed affidavits and other materials.

If he thinks they can prove our reporting is false he is going to need a really good legal team and a lot of skill to convince people who signed sworn affidavits and statements with our attorneys on the authenticity of documents to back down.

Absolutely and I've been around since Josh started selling miners and I agree 100% that everything is correct.

Isn't it ironic that he demands facts, calls things slander etc, but he cant and will not prove they are mining btc and a long list of red flags, remember that Joe thread saying No we will not disclose anything.  When you take that approach and are not transparent at all about anything going forward which they are -  ANY comment is fair game.  If said comments then make the CEO state something about it without addressing it other than to get people on your side - without any proof whatso ever.  Blind faithful is what Religion pioneered and now, that is how those in Hashtalk are being treated.

Josh said he had a crack legal team the other day - that don't specialize in anything other then being a first year grad students just recently passed the bar exam.  Bit like a chef, a ordinary everyday chef that anyone can be, but to be a pastry/sous/executive chef etc its takes more time.   That's josh's lawyers - chefs.

Also I bet Josh thinks he has been betrayed since that Christian Science monitor posted that article.  Here comes the Judas calls and him likening himself to Jesus to the gaw faithful

Just wanted to give everyone an update that we haven't lost lawsuit.

Doesn't have anyone on staff to answer this my ass. He simply wants to plant the seed that sites citing "false reporting" will have to amend things. He knows the answer to this. He just wants to pretend he doesn't in an effort to make it seem an action is incoming.... which it isn't.

"We do not have anyone on staff that can answer this, so I figured I would see if anyone out there had this knowledge."

did they not say they had a team of lawyers? or at least a lawyer?

They have a lawyer... trust me, we get letters from him often.

So basically everything after the backhaul. Yeah, that wouldn't happen. Honestly, GAW wouldn't even have enough cash to scratch the surface of a spectrum auction. Now, because it's a rural area the FCC could grant some exceptions, but it's not likely. I wonder how he was actually planning to do it?

Years later, detractors would use one of the original GAW’s biggest scrapes to discredit the second GAW, though it was a textbook example of why major providers avoided rural services. GAW was offered a $40,000 grant to serve Ashfield, Massachusetts, but the city went years without access before Garza gave up in 2012, unable to find a tower location. He never completed the job.

Why am I not surprised, he pocketed the cash. Probably used it for the tummy tuck and breast implants for the wifey

Not to stand behind mr. garza and crew, but the true fact is:

“They never received a dollar from the ($40,000) grant they were awarded from the Mass. Broadband Institute.”

http://www.recorder.com/home/3333268-95/ashfield-service-speed-internet
Maybe it's because he nor his business were EVER commercially licensed by the FCC as a wireless broadband provider and the money wouldn't have been enough to purchase or lease a license - let alone rack and tower space on any hill.

Anyone can be a grant writer and even on occasion get a grant awarded to them, but if they don't have all their ducks in a row, which is very common for Garza, their project is doomed before it even begins.

Scott-

Just to chime in - a lot of that is flexible. If GAW was just handling the hardware, right-of-way, and peering contracts, AND the broadcast license is provided to the municipality, it's a very different case than if a private operator does it all. Demarcation points and who-owns-what are half the fun of telecom Smiley

(that fun is sarcastic, btw)
It looks like (he) they were trying to claim/do it all...
