Well I gotta give Homero some credit....at least he knows that he's too stupid for a LIVE debate.

https://hashtalk.org/topic/28616/response-to-andrew-re-debate

Oh come on, chickening out of a debate he instigated himself. E-mails? The whole point of the debate was to have HIM, not his "legal team" or rootdude answering those questions. #justsayno

Josh: " I challenge you to a debate, Andrew!"

Andrew: "Challenge accepted. Lets do it"

Josh: "Did I say debate?? Oh I meant send me some questions and I will have some SmaRt PeEple come up with some snakey non-answers"

What is wrong with these morons who worship this shitbag?

There is no way that was written by Garza.  Sounds like a lawyer'd response to my ears.  lame.

Yep, that's the first small one that I mentioned. This is likely GAW customers' hosted hardware (pre-ZenCloud)

I was probably too generous saying it's the size of an apartment. Looks like my garage back in the day.

LMFAO! This is indeed an operating mining center, but I have about 1/20 of what is pictured here, and I am definitely a "hobby miner" What a complete fucking joke. Here are the S3's that are currently for sale I guess. Take your pick...

I think those are real pictures BUT I have no doubt that the units pictured are not operating, which i guess was alluded to by Garza at some point when pinned down about it. This shot is the most damning as far as saying this is a"data center" There are ZERO conduit drops from the ceiling, no wires running to any machine, and the rest of the warehouse is full of wrapped pallets of boxes. They probably rented or borrowed the shelving and unpacked some of the miners they were selling and *PooF* instant data center. How can anybody put faith (and MONEY) in this obvious habitual liar?

You can even see the shipping boxes in the background. No sign of cooling or power infrastructure to support that density of mining hardware (remember these are Zeus space heaters). Ah the old days.

The company was an overnight success and achieved over $10M in sales during its first month and is on schedule to do $100M in this first year.”

The company did $50,000 in sales on its first day of business, and has scaled up from there. Garza says the company is on pace for $150 million in annual sales.

So in one week he went from saying they averaged about $333,333/day on his way to $100M to somehow turning $50,000/day into $411,000/day and increasing his business by 50% to $150M. We all know he's not very good with simple math.

How touching

Quote
With so many scams and shady dealings going on in the mining marketplace it, is nice to see a company and its CEO not only do what they say but giveback to those customers that get them there.

I always try and stay impartial about the many subjects I write but in this instance I have to say thanks to Josh and GAWMiners for putting your customers first. I also want to thank all the customers, and people in our industry are loyal to all the companies like GAWMiners, Spondoolies-Tech, Bitmain, Rockminer and so many others that work hard for us.

Remember when they did the cheesy video of painting on the floor or something to that effect around the time of that Q&A chat or whenever I guess... Not sure what that was all about but it looked like in that same data center.... maybe I am confused lol

It must have been. Based on all the pictures we've seen it looked like they had a small facility - about the size of an apartment perhaps - in the early days of GAW hosting, and then this warehouse, which was initially a shipping warehouse probably and then had wiring/cooling installed for mining. I believe all the PR pictures, exterior pictures of coolers/transformers, Antminer pictures, and the floor painting video were made at that warehouse. At least I haven't seen anything suggesting otherwise. At some point they were bragging about multiple data centers (up to 12 in one article) but there isn't anything else known that would support those claims.

this is the article you mean http://www.datacenterknowledge.com/archives/2014/09/08/gaw-miners-bitcoin-arms-race-shifts-to-the-cloud-2/

mentions 12 lol

Does somebody have the picture of Joe and Homero in front of their data center? I think I can prove something. Have been highly suspicious of it since Homero was saying he sold his data center on twitter then deleted it instantly, then Bitmain is posting hash power up for a "Christmas" sale.

http://gawminers.eu/wp-content/uploads/2014/09/GAW-Vaultbreakers.jpg

looks like a bunch of GAW Falcons in upper right....
this is just their miners that they sold...lolz
They're not plugged in and there are no wires anywhere to be found in those pics... I'm trying to compare to this picture. They're not the same. Those miners don't even have chords anywhere to be found. Where is the cooling? Wtf??

Happened to find this http://www.misleddit.com/p/2nvtrr/

This image is not Photoshoped, and the comments are idiotic. There is 50 lights up top, and a camera flash, and it's questioning the angle of one shadow? lol

Not that the rest of paycoin isn't fake, but still.

That light angle is a good catch. My best guess is that "Joe Mordica" is actually at the MS data center, and they shopped the CEO into the picture because he couldn't make it there in person.

I would imagine any decent photographer would use flash in these conditions. Not sure though how that shadow should look like in that case, probably should be much smaller if any, if the light source is in the front.

Anyway, I know there was a heated debate about those pictures back in the day but now it's kind of "meh". There is little doubt anymore that they did have a warehouse, and miners inside it, and the picture shows that, with or without the two guys there. Still doesn't answer the question if they mined anything back in August.

I still don't think it was a ponzi. Just looking at his outline, stage one would be real miners. It's not until the next product is being sold (HashStakers) that the fraud begins.
