TBH I don't quite understand what Scott is trying to do here. Looks like some kind of attempt to shake the tree?

We've seen some symptoms that GAW has been short on cash since October, and their "legal team" seems to consist of Josh + some lawyer from the Bitcoin Foundation to sign letters, so if that's really the case these fights could become interesting (this one and the CoinFire one).

If I was a high-profle client like CEX or Coinbase and I heard that one of our vendors for security was going around telling other clients how we are being outperformed like that I would be pretty pissed. As for the financial support, well, names like Wallmart and Amazon throwing down a million dollars each have taken care of that.

First of all, I’d guess that nobody on zencloud has actually mined any bitcoins, ever. I’d suggest that we are all mining the hell out of HashPoints. I don’t mean you personally, I mean behind the scenes. Our miners are producing HashPoints, which @gaw_ceo is then selling to the retailers. With the profits, he then buys bitcoins to cover the payouts.
