I can post the document later, but they spent an hour and five minutes filling out a form to certify the class action possibly. For some reason the box isn't checked that grants the certification of the class. They checked the box for advisement. I'm guessing they are still arguing who the class is exactly.

Its down tonight, but after clicking around on their not very intuitive website I got the same information that I got off the victims website that he is indeed in transit. Its one of the links after you click on his name. Awesome... so let's say if I want to visit him...
