Still no sight of Homero in the BOP system. Seems to me to be taking way too long now.
What does Shinner's have to say about that? He's supposed to depose Homero in jail, so where is he exactly? Or can a registered victim contact the SEC or the prosecutors office (used to be a freely available liaison contact email for them) and straight up ask where is Homero. Even send them the BOP link so they can investigate: https://www.bop.gov/inmateloc/

Got to say I am quite surprised by this. It is a whole separate bureau just to analyze where to send a prisoner. There is a whole Offender Classification System includes medical, health, education, and some other determining factors as to where they go. The judge can just make a recommendation but they need to run it through this operation. Seems like an extraordinary waste of resources but looks like it is old law since 1930.

My victim portal says he is in custody. Wonder which one is true? I was reading they can be jailed in a county jail or privately run facility and they won't show up on the BOP website until they make it to an actual Federal prison. No telling what is going on.
