If he is ordered to pay and can't do so, I doubt there'd be a way for him to stay out of jail.

On the other hand, he has probably secured ways to hide the funds away from ayuthorities. It's not like he didn't have time for such. I think he's getting in Jail anyway... Thing is, for how long? Under a light sentence he could get out in time to enjoy his stolen funds.

Actual bigger problem for Mods ect that well warned well in advance of the crash is that when compensation is being looked at they may go after them. I am lead to believe that they were payed higher and higher amounts to ban and moderate any negative thoughts, I would love the bit players to pay as well.
