Interesting .... Anyone have an old GAW miner they want to sell me, drop me a PM? Grin

Sadly I don't... there are some on eBay at insane prices, probably considered collectibles now.

Yeah, That makes sense, as that's why I wanted one damnit... will go there shortly, thanks as always! Cheesy

These were rebranded Zeus miners IIRC. I had some of these and also some bigger ones, 13 MH/s I think. I hodled quite a few litecoins from back then but ionomists are trying to convince me that XPY+ION would have been a much better "investment". LTC is up like 20x, ION is down to 1/4 of its ICO value, perhaps 1/30 if you consider that those morons "converted" their $4 XPYs.

Anyone else have one of these? Just dug it up for a shiggle. (No, not gonna plug it in, I'm not that foolish)
Believe it or not, this thing actually mined me a couple of litecoin back in the day mining at WeMineLTC.
Remember them?
Ironically, before absconded with all the miners coins when LTC hit like $50,(I think I lost like 8 doge and .02 LTC, no biggie for me,
tho other poor slobs lost thousand$) they were actually one of the best pools I've ever mined at. I even won a mining contest they
threw and won 10 litecoins. Not only that, due to a snafu, they sent me the prize twice, 20 LTC total!..
thanx guys!   $80 worth back then..woo hoo!

Too bad I dumped em all at around $4.50 a coin.... Sad
ahh yes...crypto-memories, lol
(Hmmm...maybe this post belongs in the litecoin thread...  Cheesy)

FLASHBACKS!!!!!111
I got in the game late, summer of 2014. All my GAWMiner "MINERS" were freaking jpegs!
And I still made all my BTC back by flipping them to crypto nuts even dumber than I was then.

My personal un-favorite:  the fake miner donating fake dollars to the 9-11 victims.  Uncle Stu avoided death that day, but hundreds of his colleagues didn't.
He must be so proud of Homero's 9-11-themed FRAUDS.

Sargent brought one of the first significant lawsuits in the United States involving the digital currency Bitcoin when he was hired by the Seattle company CoinLab to sue the Japanese exchange MtGox.  In the suit, CoinLab seeks to enforce a $50 million liquidated damages clause in a contract it entered into with MtGox.  Under the contract, CoinLab was to serve as the exclusive exchange agent for MtGox in the United States and Canada.  The dispute is ongoing

well even if this thread doesn't move much, at least that countdown thingy does...

To paraphrase The Who, meet the new countdown clock, same as the old countdown clock [for the January 2018 sentencing].

Re-monetizing YouTubers via Crypto-commodities

As the Worldcoin ecosystem grows, more and more people are starting to become involved. We have decided, after much deliberation, to reveal our identities to demonstrate our level of professional commitment and personal involvement with the future of Worldcoin. By making Worldcoin Foundation's activities more transparent, we hope to foster trust in the community and promote investor confidence. With this announcement, we would also like to introduce our new website -- completely redone with new branding more closely aligned with the goals of the Foundation. We have also grown our Board from three members to four, and with that, we'd like to welcome Jonas Borchgrevink to the Board.

Google Garza's old pal, Jonas Borchgrevink, to what he's up to of late. He's jacking off all over himself over EOS. Surprised he still has any jeez left after spending most of it on WorldCoin.

If he had been smarter, he wouldn't have fled to Dubai, where he faced an even worse fate, and had to come crawling back home after "hiding" there.

Recall, Garza explored that course of action through Marshall Long's business partner/layer in Houston.
