Sources tell me he is slammed with personal stuff and will still be part of the class action, if the judge rules the class action can go forward. Apparently the main Plaintiffs don't expect to get that much more compensation... Judge will rule on this :soon:

A long, long time ago, in a thread not so very far from here I posted a link to an email account on google which was apparently owned by one, Homero Joshua Douchbagolia Garza and had quite idiotically been left completely public. Someone PM'd me about how I had come by the link to that email account and this was my response to that concerned netizen.

So for the hell of it I tried sending an email to [email protected] and lo and behold it sent me an auto-response with a link to join the group, which of course I did. But I discovered very quickly that I didn't actually have to join at all, it was already set to public. When I first started browsing it I didn't realize it was Josh's emails. I really thought it was some kind of google group for special customers or something. I hadn't even looked at it very much before I posted the link to the thread here. I wish now I had actually kept it a secret and archived all of it.

In fact that may be where he got the original Rishab emails he had leaked.
