Still waiting for you joe mordica.

Captain Transparency, cant you answer the simple electricity installation question ? Do you need screened questions before responding ?

Did not know you were a politician, shucks.

If he comes back can someone ask him if he can provide documentation on the non profit status of XPYTrust?

Still not registered.

https://corp.sos.ms.gov/corp/portal/c/page/corpBusinessIdSearch/portal.aspx#clear=1

5060 LLC aka Comtel Connect LLC only thing under his name.

And yes non-profits are registered the same as profits there.

Also, not registered in deleware and texas charges to search their database, so not gonna pay the $1 to search because they'd probably just loose all my credit card data to swindlers.

That's why I keep asking him to post the specifics:
- When/where was it registered
- When was the IRS application submitted (and who are the three board members)
- Make finances public on a monthly basis since they're made public on an annual basis anyway.

If they can do at least the first two immediately, then this "XPYTrust" probably doesn't exist, so it can't own anything... that means that Joe is the defacto owner of the five prime controllers if no one else is willing to come forward. Even in their foundation video conference, they said that FOUR prime controllers were donated, so that still leaves one prime controller that appears to be owned by Joe independently of everything else.

It's all as simple as that.

"foundation" thing lays out their pathetic yay or nay edict, look at our transparency and professionalism,  here is who owns what...

XPYTrust or whatever the stupid name, a 'non profit' in Mississippi being a prime holder...

and at the end of the day the fucking thing isn't even registered.

Can't you useless cunts get your con artistry right for once. Jesus H Christ SIR! how simple is it do.

As someone in the power industry... I know how a business gets a specilized feed into a building/warehouse/etc... You need to tell them how much you want... i.e. 100A @ 4160kV and specify load requirements during peak/off-peak so that they can figure out what size transformer you need.

Only way to do that, outside of pulling a number out of your ass, is to calculate it...

Joe signed for the feed... so he told them how much electricity he needed.

My question for him: Were you told how much power you needed or did YOU choose the transformer size?

And my next question is... when the feed was run, who oversaw the installation of the panel(s) and the wiring to the miners/racks? I would assume it would be the Chief Technical Officer...

In other words... I find it very hard to believe that you didn't know what was truly going on.

Feel free to answer here or at GH.  I'm really curious to the answer since you're being so forthcoming...

To answer your question directly, I was told in the beginning to scope and build the project for 10MW. I was then shortly after instructed to build for 3MW (3 1000kva transformers).

I was told that we needed 3MW to facilitate the 4.5PH purchase of S4's from Bitmain so that is what I proceeded to build.

I gave weekly reports of how much BTC the facility earned per day and gave daily/weekly reports on the total zencloud payouts.

There was a point in time where the payouts exceeded the BTC mined in the facility (as you can probably see from my reports in the emails) but the conversions to CashTakers HashStakers (I believe) brought the liability back down and then the whole platform and facility was shut down a couple of days after my exit.

Yes I was aware there was a problem with the business model, the direction of the company, and the way these decisions were being handled. I hoped we were going to make the necessary changes and decisions to rectify the situation in enough time to **fix** the flawed business models, but chose to exit when I lost confidence and trust in Josh to make the right decisions.

S4 = 2TH. 1PH = 1,000 TH.  4500/2 = 2250 units.

1 S4 = .69W/Ghs. 4,500,000 * .69 = 3105000W = 3.105MW @ 120V.

http://www.scribd.com/doc/261401676/Mississippi-Power-Company-vs-GAW-Miners-LLC#scribd

700MW used from Dec 31 - Jan 23.  23 Days. 1.27MW per day usage.

Ok thanks for the clarification the way they throw around non profit would lead one to believe it actually is a non profit entity and that status would be in effect.

Take for example this quote Joe made:

This is also suppose to be me?... hmm... how does one make one of these??

Screen grab from this video. I use GIMP. You can export layers as a gif. Import video  and it will set each frame as a layer, that sort of thing. You do need to install one of the animation plug-ins to do gifs. Free and can do most everything Photoshop can, although it is not nearly as intuitive to use.

While the questioning is going on, there was a single sentence post by a parachuter that claimed he asked Joe Mordica in Vegas if they had programmed their system to immediately gobble up mistake sales in their system that people clicked incorrectly or the amount was incorrect, whatever this shit marketplace thing was they developed, and the answer was 'yes'

They designed it to be confusing and people would click sell whatever the gadget was for an amount when it was supposed to be for a multiple amount.

People who used this junkware were caught out time and time again, and according to the info, Mordica confirmed to someone in person they set it up like that.

Can someone point me to that block of SEO words that suchmoon mentioned?  I'm tired and hoping someone remembers approx where it was?

GAWCEO, MrCEO, josg21, Homero Garza, Josh Garza, Homero Josh Garza, Homero Joshua Garza, H. Josh Garza, H. Joshua Garza, GAW Miners LLC, Business Technology for Cryptocurrency LLC, B.T.C. LLC, GAW HSI, GAW High Speed Internet, Geniuses at Work, GAW, ZenMiner, ZenCloud, Paycoin, Paybase, PayFlash, Hashlet, Hashstaker, Hashtalk, Mineral, Coinstand.

Like suchmoon says though,  Google may like it more if some kind of sentence is formed from the words.

I updated the OP a little bit, added the keywords plus links to cantor.com and Fraser's page. Google should be happy with that I think.

Like this?

Starting with the online handle josg21 to, allegedly, bitch about boob jobs (plastic surgeons) and poor service Mr Homero Garza has since changed to the handle GAWCEO.  A while later after tainting the handle GAWCEO a change was made to MrCEO and minerorigin which exist in parralel.  In order to, allegedly, attempt confusion over his real name Homero Joshua Garza uses his middle name and mixes up aliases so he is commonly known as Josh Garza or Joshua Garza.  On several patents held with Mr. Stuart Fraser Vice Chairman of Cantor Fitzgerald, Garza uses H. Joshua Garza as apposed to H. Josh Garza.  Varios internet Trolls and FUDsters refer to him as Homero Garza or Homero Josh Garza or just Mr. Scam Muggle.    Mr Garza, allegedly, started his entreprenuership with Optima Computers LLC in Brattleborough Vermont (VT) where he then branched out into the, alleged, oversubscription of Broadband service with his company Great Awk Wireless also called GAW High Speed Internet and shortened to GAW HSI.  Having claimed to make millions with this service or sale of the company or something, Mr Garza then went on to the cryptocurrency industry where he, allegedly, applied the same oversubscription techniques to ASIC Mining with his platforms ZenMiner and ZenCloud selling virtual products called the Hashlet and Hashtaker.   Sometimes referred to as CashLets, CashTakers and Ponsi's.   Through the puported success of said platforms under a conglomerate of companies called Geniuses at Work or GAW for short Mr Garza, allegedly, moved on from GAW Miners LLC to a new company which should have provided a clean slate.  Business Technology for Cryptocurrency LLC or BTC LLC for short which matches the domain name BTC.com puportedly purchased for 1.1 Million USD, was born.  This company launched several platforms such as PayBase at Paybase.com and paycoin known as XPY.  The PayBase platform allegedly destroyed the products PayFlash (gyft) PaySave (zincsave) as well as others.  The Paycoin "Currency" allegedly destroyed the concepts of HybridFlex, FundSafe, Huh.  After much public scrutiny Mr Homero Joshua Garza married to Jessica Garza then set out to not own the platforms Coinstand at coinstand.com (which used an, allegedly, embezzled codebase called zincsave to purchase from Amazon violating the ToS) and mineral at mineral.com (which used an, allegedly, embezzled codebase called coin-swap).   These new ventures were puportedly related to Hong-Kong, hong kong, while rumor persists of Dubai being the real location.   In short Scam Muggles be commitin' fraud and Scammin' Muggles.

This was not spell checked.   If anything sounds like a statement of fact please edit it as everything above is an opinion I read while reading this and other related threads.

Nice sob story.

So when you exited early and realised its a doom project for investors you simply chose to stay silent and only make some sad noises now when it is too late ?

Where were you early on when you could have, as an inside man, point out the clear dangers of this scam ? How much did Josh pay you not to say anything during this time ?

Ah man, I just havent had the time to go over all this thread as am busy in Dubai doing bitcoin stuff, you know the one, REAL crypto currency not that monstrosity being discussed here. On the hunt tomorrow as I will have a driver for the day Wink I'm coming for you Josh... and I have another reason to hunt you.... you made me say the dirty words..... "I like Apple" why? Because their NSA approved tracking tech is watching you....and so am I ....

As for JM: Boned  - thoroughly. The crickets have spoken..... I too would like the answer about the photo of miners. And to STILL defend the 100% staking proves beyond doubt to me that he is clueless about crypto. In fact anyone that says it's a good idea really doesnt get it. Defending the indefensible..... good luck with that.

This coin is dead. It has no future. I've said before and I'll say again, it's done, it's over, get over it. No self respecting business, organisation or otherwise will want anything to do with it. It's the laughing stock of the industry (what few people do know of it that is) and the people still trying to "help it survive" do nothing other than damage (further) any reputation they have left.

In essence I agree with the majority of Paul Reveres standpoint although I may be a little less vociferous about it. But he is right, this coin is toxic and some of the personalities that have turned up to defend their positions are also laughable. Clueless about the business of crypto, no comprehension of the real world applications and dreamers still high on Kool Aid. Sorry but any professional in this space knows that it's over.

But then lets just get really real here for a minute... talk to the world of professional bitcoiners and the large majority dont even know what XPY is. Real BTC business people do not fuck about with Alts because they are a joke.

And to those that have said " this will damage all of crypto..." hahaha methinks you give XPY far too much credit. Dont flatter yourself or XPY, because it's not true and never has been. Think about it, a grand total of what? less than 20k users? Pish.

Step away from the Hype and take a deep breath, spit out the Kool Aid and realise that it was nothing more than a 2 bit player roping in the foolish and deluded, conning the unknowing and deceiving the customers.

And if you want an example of how dicking with the blockchain doesnt work, just take a look at VeriCoin. No one trusts it now as they know it can be rolled back or tinkered with. Once you go down that road its a terminal course. Period. Strikes me people need to learn their topic when it comes to Crypto. To much hope and dreams and not enough reality and sense IMO

This is a fantastic write up of the shitshow, exactly how it should be laid out and story told. Well done!

http://qntra.net/2015/04/garza-friends-additional-emails-detailed/

There's the same theme through out:

1. Homero went so far as to negotiate a house Purchase Agreement signed by the seller, dragged them through all his idiocy to that point and at the 11th hour bailed, believe he switched it to rent to own which was rejected.

2. same deal with bitmain, drag it out all the way to sending money and reversing just to get a statement from them

3. did the same with the bitcoinnews whatever purchase, dragged it to the point of the seller signing the LOI and in the middle of it, Homero asks can he publish an announcement.

4. same again with gocoin, yet another half baked negotiation in order for them to announce his deal before it comes to fruition.

Same common theme in specific aspects, zoom out, it is the same as the whole con. Drag everyone into his web with best deals, best customer service, nice guy, never go back on what I promised even if i lose money. Shallow presentation of bona fides, then hit them once they are comfortable. Same scheme as your buddy who purposely borrows money and pays it back on time each time, and then after a certain amount of time he starts dragging his feet. He was prepping Stuart for this, borrowed, paid back, borrowed, paid back, and then slowly as the amounts increased, starts dragging his feet....Its ingrained in these con artists brains. Happens all the time everywhere.

And to top it all off, there is a short blurb emailor S MS between Stuart and Homero where Stuart says the battery replacement light is on all the time. Does it mean it needs new batteries. Can you imagine the cost of that. Essentially the engine of the whole thing.

And further him and his wife dicker over replacing the front wheel of the Tesla that Homero managed to fuck up and bend the axle. Change the whole wheel, or balance it so that it doesn't shimmer, all of 450 dollars for a new wheel.

In other words he gave Stuart his dead battery bent axle broken wheeled Tesla 'Elon" gave to him as a gift.

Where's that friend of his that posed here? What is the story with Homero's family? 5 brothers with brown hair and brown eyes, him with blond hair and blue eyes like his mother?

Care to explain what exactly is the story with this odd-ball? And who or where or what is is real father?
