The gender does not exist into the world of business of blockchain and cryptocurrency.

There you go. I completely agree with this. Gender discrimination is a thing of the past particularly when it comes to technology. Everybody is now given equal access to technological opportunities regardless of their gender. Well, gender inequality is still very rampant in some parts of the globe but that will have a very small effect to the "business of blockchain and cryptocurrency," which basically belong to the more advanced and civilized world.

There are a lot of people today getting more project but does not have any contribution at all also most of the people today into the world of trading, business and more on entrepreneurs in for being stereotyping most of the men are do those things but we do not have given attention the woman because they have a potential too but only people appreciate those efforts of this females does want to make a huge contribution into the economy still it is better if we have equity and give fair attention to both genders that can provide a huge contribution and impact to the world of cryptocurrency and blockchain.

At first I thought it was gonna be some SJW claiming that blockchains have genders too.

Well, women in the blockchain industry isn't something too new. They could take on various roles, like advisor or even in the C-suite. After all, blockchain is just another form of business, just like software companies.
