Earlier girls may not have been much addicted to gambling but in recent times girls are seen to be as addicted to gambling as men. Now the casino seems to be more inclusive of girls in different categories. However, men are more dependent than women in rural economic structures. Since there are no accurate statistics, we are unable to ascertain gender-wise participation in gambling and casinos in rural and urban areas.

It's funny how Rickiedx thinks but I don't blame him, we all have our different point of view to everything, honestly, both male and female have different motivations and preferences with gambling, men are most likely to gamble frequently because male are the man of the house, they have responsibilities on their neck, some female does to but the level of responsibilities on a male's neck is bigger.

I believe females are most likely to gamble occasionally, and male are most likely to gamble frequently.

As a male you need to make money every week, constant money is what makes things going for male due to responsibilities, this is why I always warn men about gambling, as it's not a worthy way of making constant income.

To me I believe gambling should be engaged with on occasionally, it's better to focus more on something that brings you a steady income, no luck needed but your hand work, it's the only thing that won't deceive you.

My final answer is men are closer to the risk of gambling problems like addiction than women because men are mostly motivated to gamble and take higher risks than women.

      -    Nowadays, I see a lot of people playing gambling online, not even crypto gambling, but gambling apps that can be downloaded on mobile phones that I see on social media. I'm not sure if they always do it or if it's just for promotion. But maybe it's still right that there are fewer female gamblers in this era.

Then I have a cousin who is a poker player. She goes to different places with his manager, and he fights there. A gambler bets a lot on her, and when she wins, a large percentage goes to her in her playing. In short she is an expert here in our place.

How can you think like this, of course there is a striking difference between female gamblers and male gamblers because the thought patterns and hormones between men and women have been different since ancient times.

In fact I once read that women are more likely to play bingo and slots because they are trying to entertain themselves and also vent any frustration that may occur so it is not surprising that we see women playing slots or bingo more often than men.

It's different if a woman lives in a big gambling environment, she will definitely be carried away until she grows up, don't be mistaken, many women today really like online and offline casino gambling. Men and women are gamblers, only the percentage of men is much higher, and the women that will gamble must be such that are exposed to some kind of environment since most women are not as desperate are men. The desperation of people for money is the main reason why they gamble while a few gamble for fun. As we know women, they often have men to shoulder most of their responsibilities, hence a very good reason why most of them do not think towards desperate means of making money such as gambling. It's not about prestige, lust, ego etc., both genders share such and some women are even worse and shameless, yet they do not gamble. If at all, they can do it online and in their closets if they want to.

Yes and you are right that mate we can not deny the fact that man spend more time in gambling than woman and also we are all know that once a man like that specific game then for sure he will play and play without knowing that he is already addicted to that . A number of reasons also attribute to the reason men are more into gambling. These reasons are majorly that the games played in gambling are sports and other male related games. First, sports has so many games under it and sports is male in nature , so it is just recently that female stated having their own type of female games in sports like football, basketball, baseball etc. These are the reasons that gambling is a male dominated game. Another to it is the financial aspect of it and this is understandable that male are risk takers and they have access to cash more than the female. As a youth, the male have tendencies of having money earlier than female. A boy of 17 years is more exposed to taking care of himself financial than female who relies on the family or boyfriends.

Can be possible as women is more on practical practices, just following you with your statement in terms of the possibility that women will be more into money-making activities instead of participating into gambling, but we can't conclude as both women and men are prone to addiction once they are already attached into gambling.

There are places now where both men and women are co-equal and even inside gambling there's no problem gender equalities are already being practices.

Yes, by population we could see that right from time men are more actively involved in gambling unlike women, but this doesn't mean that women were restricted or being limited to gambling, i want to believe in other aspects of the economy like enterprise trades and many other local pretty trades including soft skills jobs are most focused by women than men, what we could derive from here us how women have low active participation in gambling and focused more on trades that can be a source of generating them income than taking away money from them as in gambling.
