I stand with Ukraine.

Yeah, we've got almost 8 billion people all around the world on this planet. But not half of them are women, because as far as I know, there are a lot more women than men. But in terms of gambling, men have more numbers compared to women. However, I can't deny that the majority of women in gambling are more sensitive to playing in a casino, unlike men, who are more aggressive than women. And there are very few women who are experts in casino gambling.

That is simply not true. You can google it.

And what do you mean by "experts in casino gambling" I can't even imagine. Smiley

~

I still remember a video on Twitter which showed that there were already many women in Europe who said they wanted to have equal gender rights with men, they even did all the usual male activities but it's important to remember that DNA is irreplaceable, European women it's actually just jealous of men because they think household chores are boring (sometimes I think like this too lol)

with the emergence of anonymous gambling sites, the percentage of women who gamble will certainly increase, there are even some women who say they have several accounts on many online gambling sites. actually talking about gender in gambling activities seems very conservative, but I'm sure the majority of male members here will never like women who gamble frequently Cheesy

Well, it depends. If they are responsible gamblers, gambling occasionally from time to time, not losing much time and money, why not? Why can't they gamble? And if you are talking about some addicted ones, women wouldn't like such men either.

I still haven't met anybody who's profession is to be a full time gambler. To me it doesn't seem like a reliable job that somebody could do without having a large savings account. In the past it was usually the male heirs in a family that would get the family fortune whereas the woman married into different families. This meant that men had much more money at hand and could go out gambling. Also it was normal for woman to look after their children and men being more free to find the time to gamble. Today this is all obsolete and men and woman are treated equally, we should be seeing much more female gamblers. Last week the EPT main event in Barcelona happened and I couldn't see any female poker player on the featured tables. Maybe poker is different from the other casino games because it relies heavily on mathematics and players are spending so many hours sitting at the table. Or maybe it's just a more slowly change happening in the gambling industry and woman need more time to adjust to the new normal.
I have never met anyone who works as a gambler, male or female. But I feel there must be some who choose gambling as a profession just like people who work. But those who choose gambling as a profession master many things that many people cannot master or learn and they also don't want to say their profession in public.

But I thinkthere may still be those who haven't said it to the public for women gamblers because there is still a negative response towards them so they don't feel the need to show people that they are a woman gambler. By not saying they are gamblers, at least they have protected their privacy so that not many people find out. So that's probably what still makes it difficult to collect data on how many women are gambling or have just started gambling. They often don't show "me time" to the public and keep it to themselves. But we don't know for sure about this either.
You drew attention to a very important circumstance in general in the context of the discussion of the question asked in this topic.

Indeed, for gambling women who are really seriously addicted to gambling, it is rather embarrassing to admit to others that this hobby is theirs.  Many women, if they say about their passion for gambling, as if at the same time admit that they are sufficiently carried away by an occupation that is mainly characteistic of men.  Well, for example, your attitude towards a woman will immediately change if you didn’t know before, and suddenly someone confidentially told you: “Do you know, she is passionate about hunting wild animals. Didn’t you know this before?”.  And you really didn't know that before.  And you will immediately begin to treat such a woman differently.  I would say more rude.  But the fact is that she herself does not need this at all.
This is what I think is the main reason that many women hide from loved ones and from work colleagues this passion for gamblig.
The example with hunting is, of course, rather rough, but its meaning is clear, I hope.

In which ever way we see it, gambling is not a noble profession, if at all it is a profession. You can hardly see anyone who glory in gambling or who goes around telling people that what they do for a living is gambling. Gambling may be allowed in some countries, but in some certain countries, it is totally banned and even in the countries that it is allowed, people do not find it comfortable to make it public that they gamble. So female genders will always like to protect their speciality and prestige and that is why they do not involve much in gqmbling since it is seen as a dirty game. That is the reason why I think female are not much involved in gambling because they always want their respect and prestige in society.
Indeed, gambling is not a profession that can be done by most people, even though some people try to do it and not many people can make money from gambling. And that doesn't only apply to men, but women might also try it. Even though some women will say that gambling is not worth doing, some women can compete with men and maybe beat them. And some women don't want respect or prestige in society. But when it comes to gambling addiction, both men and women can experience it, especially if they can't control themselves when gambling and only rely on their ego and lust to get their big win.

Many ladies may avoid professional gambling circles because they're fierce and harsh. One needs money and the ability to handle their circumstances.

Despite being a male-dominated pastime, more women are gambling. In addition, cards. The arithmetic is difficult, but it also demands strategy, patience, and focus. These qualities are not gender-specific. Social perspectives and personal preferences may explain why few women attend top-level events like the EPT.

Holding competitions for women, sharing their triumphs, and offering training programs can help online platforms accept everyone. More women may lead professional gambling. Betting on this transition is an investment in a more exciting world.

I think it's too much generalization about genders. I'm sure there are female gambling addicts in thus world just like men, it's just that men are the one who are typically found on casino and always the one being portrayed by media when it comes to gambling. There are women who are extremist or doing something extreme so I guess that the generalization of women not taking risk is unjust. I like being equal no matter there gender is, this is why I don't judge any gender when I see them on a physical casino.
Yes, everyone has equality at the gambling table, there is no difference between men and women when gambling, we must respect that in a physical casino, although we will not find many female gamblers there compared to online casinos, I also believe that there are female gambling addicts out there, not only a man, it's just that a woman tends to be mysterious so we wouldn't see her in a physical casino.

I find many female gamblers in online casinos and even often see them in the neighborhood or some kind of cafe where they play slot gambling with their cellphones or their laptops while drinking coffee, that's why I dare to say this because I often see it myself and it seems that this online casino is a good and probably safe place for women to gamble too.  Cheesy

Culture or pride maybe, though that's also a good reason why women is not that much in terms of gambling, most if not all women value their reputations unlike with men risking is not new or is a usual action for men to take that big risk and think after, there're differences in terms of mindsets most women are careful and not going to take a big risk especially if talking about the reputation that will be created after such actions, they are more into protecting themselves and the people behind them.

The truth is that right from the beginning men are always known for gamble than women not because women cannot gamble but because men are risk takers while women are risk accessors they make sure is a risk free before they could venture into it, and most important women loves there dignity and worth so they believe that going into gambling will change people's perception on them although majority of them normally gamble but women are not really known for gamblers. Most Men loves gamble because of there financial responsibilities they believe gamble is there way out while others believes otherwise.

Casino establishments have security so this kind of harassment can be reported through the security.  Aside from that there are lots of people to witness such crimes so I guess people will not do such things in the open.  Unless they had this target in non-cctv places (which is impossible) and probably outside the premise of the casino. Unless the woman willingly mingles with these people and then gets harassed or taken advantage of by other people,  I believe the casino can cover the security of each of its players inside the premises.  However, I agree with you that it doesn't harm to bring more people since the more friends enjoying the casino services the more fun it is plus there is safety in numbers.

In the Casino, the gender can give the equal right. But the crime was key factor to not allow the woman to the casino.Because as you said, the people use the non cctv area to encounter some crime. So some casino not allow the woman to their casino site only for the security purpose for the woman.Because man can handle any type of crime and woman only able to face the harassment in the casino. Some men in the casino itself take advantage over the woman, when she was drunk in the casino.
Currently, both men and women enjoy equal rights but it is clear that casinos may allow that, but with men sexually harassing women more than women, sexually harassing men in equal proportion to their female colleagues but that is up for debate. In cases agree that sexual harassment is desire but not dominance. Men are also more prone to gambling addiction than women. There are several reasons why this may be because men tend to be sports fans at a higher rate. Men are more likely to be sports fans, which leads them to start betting on games.

Women don't like to gamble complexity games like sports, spin, dice and others but they like to play games like snooker, tennis and slot games, and preferably slot game because there is no stress in playing slot and there is no too much prediction in it and insert you coin and you play. So in most time slot games are for fun. And women are rarely seen in public casino base on the clause that "gambling is meant for men" so if women are seen in public casino halls, some people would take it as a taboo in the society and women also have this sentiment so they are not found in public casino halls but visit the online betting sites.

In the contemporary world, women are talking the liberal theory to do what they want that can pleases their soul and mind. Women are not like ancient days again. They play all manner of games. Though there are some time they are being abused but they still play it.

And if women don't want to experience harassment in physical casinos, they can gamble in online casinos so that no one can harass them and gamble in secret.

Is harassment still a thing on physical casino because there’s no such thing on my country physical. In fact, the number of woman gambler here is increasing since most the male player usually come with their wife and partner to gamble at the same time. I sometimes gamble too with my wife but she stay mostly on the bar and resto while me is the one playing.

Physical casino has the best lounge and hotel here so it’s common to see many woman playing. I wonder what country still doesn’t consider gender equality on a casino.
Well, I can conclude that if anybody harasses any woman in a casino center, that person is also harassing him or her self, because in a gaming center, people are supposed to respect themselves and others too, because people are in that casino hall losing money or winning, those people who harass people in a game center are people who has lose a lot of money and they are too disillusioned and they always look for who to put their belligerence on, so sometimes is good to let go.

These harassment issues. That's why the online casino is much better. You can keep betting until you get tired, no harassment and inconveniences.

There could be actually harassment in gambling but it's mostly likely with men to men, how can someone have a physical confrontations with a woman at the course of gambling, even the worst and shameless gamblers wouldn't have gone this far in a dirty act, we all know that fighting women is forbidden by law in most cases and we need to have this temperance for tolerance on them because they aren't as strong as we are not to talk of fighting them.
Totally things which cant really happen on which its true that men would be always men on which we are really that respectful on women most of the time since we do know that they arent really that good as ours
when it comes to various things and also that kind of respect is something that being part of human instinct or behavior on which men does have.We dont really that go into that certain extent just because of money.
Somewhat there are really those people who cant really be able to control their anger or simply their emotions on which if there's something that would really be going against their rights or simply on their principles in life then for sure that would really be making out some conflict and doesnt matter what your gender is. In overall there's no significant differences in between men and women in terms of gambling. It is really free for everyone to those who would really be having plans on having that kind of dealing with gambling as long you do have the funds for you to play, then it should really be just that fine. There are really just those people who are really that always having that kind of criticisms towards women and really going into that certain extent that men are the alphas and everything on what they are involving into isnt something that could be mixed up or be done by women on which it is really that very wrong and really that a critic towards other gender.

it makes sense, but it also depends on the character and life situation of the gambler. I mean, a female gambler who really has quite a lot of money with a wasteful character can play at the casino by spending quite a lot of money for their enjoyment.
Maybe the thing to consider is when women gamble but their financial conditions are not that good. maybe they can better control their spending at the casino.
I agree with what you said. this can be influenced by the character and life situations of gambling. When someone's life is extravagant, then when they enter into gambling it will be the same. And I see that most women, they always limit their spending on gambling. which is different from men, I often find someone who goes to a casino by car/motorcycle and goes home on foot, because their vehicle is used up to gamble.

Is harassment still a thing on physical casino because there’s no such thing on my country physical.
Indeed, these incidents still often occur, especially in illegal casino venues because security is not guaranteed, which is different from legal casino venues where they pay great attention to the safety and comfort of visitors. And we need to know that casinos not only provide a place to gamble, but they also provide alcohol, so it is not uncommon for us to encounter people who lose control of themselves and do heinous things, namely harassment.

It happens anywhere that men are not educated in respect. I have lived in quite a few places and the status of women and what men are thought to think about them is what marks the difference, not if the venue is legal or illegal. That is something that should never be acceptable, but everyday I see that some cultures are still in the Middle Ages on that regard.

Agree to that, physical casino mostly located around well-established places where hotels do offer something that will really attracts you to play and even with your wife you can enjoy the place, maybe there are some places where harassments still present some place where gender equality still not being practiced.

It's dangerous though if a woman gambler doesn't have any companion and being harassed by someone who already being completely drunk, that experienced may not be good for someone who is trying to have some fun.

Casino establishments have security so this kind of harassment can be reported through the security.  Aside from that there are lots of people to witness such crimes so I guess people will not do such things in the open.  Unless they had this target in non-cctv places (which is impossible) and probably outside the premise of the casino. I guess if we are speaking about the cctv and security offshore casino can cover that, though harassment also take place verbally and like what I mentioned if the other gambler especially those men around who already drunk the act can't be predicted as they can do something in the influence of alcohol.

And yeah, better to have good companions to avoid things to happen, the more people around you, the better and if all are into entertainment, it would be an enjoyable session for everyone.

It may still happen in other countries but I don't know, I don't know for sure about this either. Maybe the harassment will not be "harassment" but other forms that can be categorized as harassment. That means your wife is okay with seeing you gambling because she still wants to accompany you to gamble at a physical casino. Even though he doesn't play more often and prefers to stay in bars and restaurants, that might be a form of support for you.

And where you are, many experienced gamblers like to gamble in physical casinos because in other places, the casinos are just ordinary casinos that don't have as many interesting facilities as in your country. But gender equality is starting to exist in many places, especially outside the gambling industry.
