Schalke's stats so far haven't been very good at home, whether that's something odd or not. Today Schalke will play at home against Dynamo Dresden which I think, although Schalke's home record is not so good but seeing the opponents they face this time I'm sure Schalke will win and maybe also with clean sheets. Looking at his performance so far, it looks like Schalke will return to the main Bundesliga next season. Also, I'm sure Schalke will be able to be more consistent going forward even though the defense is still not perfect, but they can still cover it with the advantage of the number of goals they can get in each game.

Schalke won the last game at home 3-0,so thing for them are picking up,they are currently third in the bundesliga 2 and if they win they can share the first place as well. Dynamo Dresden is also a team that scores a lot and gets goals,so this match can go eitherway but im going with Schalke in this match to win.

The first matches of the 11th matchday will take place on Friday. Paderborn against Hamburg SV and Aue against Ingolstadt. For Paderborn and Hamburg it is important not to miss the connection to the top.
Aue and Ingolstadt have a classic 6 points game. Important to make points against the relegation.

Again and again I really can't believe that Hamburg can't manage to play a really solid season. This has been the case for years now and given their financial and geographical possibilities, it is a shame how often things go wrong there. They clearly are managed badly, there is no other explanation. It is hard to believe that they will play a role ever in international football over at least the next ten years. It is a bit similar to Hertha BSC. Those clubs believe they purchase a couple of good players and here we go, but it doesn't work like that obviously.

Right now there are 4 injured players for Hamburger SV and 1 suspension and even though Robert Glatzel, Moritz Heyer, and Sonny Kittel is on the team and can play the 4 injured players are mostly for their defensive plays, Stephan Ambrosius, have a Cruciate Ligament Rupture and may return on Nov 1, Tom Mickel, have an Acromioclavicular Separation and his return is unknown, Joshua Vagnoman have torn tendon and his return is unknown, and Maximilian Rohr have Muscle Injury and can return to the team is unknown, While Tim Leibold is currently in suspension, so the favors are not with the Hamburger SV when they really needed the most.

Well, when it comes to their injuries this season you are obviously right of course. But still this season is not an exception, it is the continuation of a story that repeats again and again, even if for different reasons. Nobody can claim that they are so unlucky year after year. No, they just play really bad in very decisive moments. Look at the game against the Kickers the past season. Kickers on last rank, very important three points at risk, and Hamburg loses the game. That's just crazy.

@mv1986 indeed a good team can’t hide behind injuries and it’s all about the mentality, and sadly they haven’t displayed it this season yet. However the season isn’t over, and it’s not too late for them to turn it around so let’s hope that they’ll finally step up their game and start winning matches regularly.

Followed your advice with a close one! Wink

You know, I also believe that when they manage to be promoted to the first Bundesliga, I really don't see them as being sufficiently competitive no matter what they do. That club lacks structure and vision if you ask me. Anyway, it is going to be a close race by the end of the season I think, but that is mostly the case for the second Bundesliga. Next year I would like to see a newcomer in the Bundesliga like Regensburg. Not that I particularly  like them, but it is always fun to watch a brand new team trying to fight the Goliaths.

now a hamburger team is table leader in the 2.bundesliga . but not as expected by all the hambuger sv. no, the fc.st.pauli is far ahead of the HSV in first place.
and that is really deserved. they play like the end of last season also this season a great football. and therefore they stand deservedly at the top of the 2.bundesliga

Yes, I have already written here several times that I am surprised by St. Pauli. In the game against Heidenheim, 5 minutes were enough to score 3 goals. So for me, St. Pauli is 100% a candidate for promotion.
All of us of course have one of the favorite teams to be promoted to the bundesliga next season, St Pauli, Regenburg and schalke have a pretty big chance at this time to be promoted to the bundesliga, but honestly I really want to see schalke again able to play in the bundesliga next season without have to do a play off match, and hopefully schalke can play consistently in the remaining matches of the season, so that they can end the season at least in second place in the standings.

Hoffenheim beat Köln 5-0. Köln did not have a shot on goal in the match. Haaland played an important role in the victory by scoring 2 goals in the match Dortmund beat Mainz 3-1. Bayern beat Leverkusen 5-1, while recently in-form players Lewangoalski and Gnarby have each scored 2 goals. It has been another enjoyable week.

yesterday already 2 games took place and in the top game between paderborn and regensburg the final score was 1-1. regensburg halt long time led until in the 71st minute of the game the draw was made.
in the second game won schalke 04 away at hannover 96 with 1-0.
the winning goal was scored with the last action in the 95th minute of the game Shocked
everything remains exciting in the upper table ranks Wink

The match between SC Paderborn 08 and SSV Jahn Regensburg has been drawn. The match was very important for both the teams. If a team had won this match, they would have moved to the top of the points table. However, the St. Pauli team played 1 match less than SSV Jahn, Schalke and Paderborn but retained the top spot in the points table. On the other hand, Schalke 04 did not start the season well but now they are in a good position. They are in third place on the table. I think Pauli and Schale will be able to go to the first league.

It seems that in Hanover, for the first time in a long time, the first stadium will be full when all tickets are sold. Hannover has given permission that all tickets can be sold for the game Hannover vs Schalke. However, the so-called 2G rule applies. This means that only vaccinated and recovered persons may enter the stadium.

It will sure kick off tomorrow, and Schalke I think will win this, the tickets being sold out for viewers was really not necessary but Hannover will simply want this opportunity to profit, but still, preparation and health protocols are surely needed to be monitored properly just for the safety not only of the audience but for the players as well,

And what happened to VfB Stuttgart needs to be prevented for other teams to not experience the same situation, because Stuttgart from the 1st division has 5 positives with the coronavirus and 5 additional players that can't play because of injuries or infection. I think other teams should maintain the health procedure more seriously.

Yes, if Schalke get promoted, they will surely take SImon Terodde along or he will find another club. Maybe he will play the next years in the 1st league and then his last years still in the 2nd league. There he will have enough opportunities to get to the 200 goals.

he may have difficulty getting into that 200 goals if they could get promoted into 1st division, but if Schalke's goal is to get into 1st division I guess they will proceed in advancing and Simon Terodde will have to be more agile in getting that 200 goals with a higher difficulty,

Right now the next match for Schalke will be Hannover 96 I don't want to underestimate that team but this could be a stepping stone to forward even further, and for Simon Terodde in adding up some goals in while the opportunity is still there.

It is slowly becoming clear who will play at the top and who will play at the bottom of the 2nd Bundesliga. It will be a very exciting season. It seems that St.Pauli, Regensburg and Paderborn will play for promotion to the first division.  Aue and Ingolstadt are currently at the bottom. But a lot can still change there.
I agree with you somewhat. However, it will be too early to predict which teams will get promotions in the first division. Pauli, Regensburg and Paderborn are playing quite well now. Looking at the gameplay so far, it seems that they are a worthy team to go to the first division. But Schalke 04 is a good enough team. They will do their best to make it to the first division again.
@laurenB7742 you’re absolutely correct it’s too early because player’s form changes post the holiday season, and injuries also can play it’s role so unless the teams take a huge lead it’s yet open in my opinion. Furthermore Schalke 04 are blowing hot and cold in their performances, and if they wish to secure promotion then they’ll have to vastly improve on their performances.

First of all, no team here is a very strong team. All teams have weaknesses. The team that can maintain a stable performance will be able to advance to the first division. Considering the performance of the last 5 matches, Pauli and Schalke are now at the forefront. They have managed to score 12 points in the last 5 matches. The Nurnburg team is the most stable team this season. They have not lost in any of the 9 matches. 3 wins and 6 draws.

Yes but draws only get you so far. I wouldn't call a team that draws 2 out of 3 matches a stable team. Maybe if their goal is to not get relegated down to 3rd Bundesliga, but if you want to advance to the first league 2 out of 3 draws is anything but optimal. In fact it is bad. If you do the maths, that would give you about 23 draws and 11 wins, yielding 56 points in total. Definitely not enough to make it to the 1st Bundesliga.

Of course, injuries can have many effects and the winter break can also have an impact. What just struck me is that I meant in my post that Pauli, Regensburg and Paderborn will probably be one of the teams that will play in the Relagation. Someone can read that differently in the post. Therefore here for clarification.
